It's no use anyway, because you need special discs.  You can't play regular dreamcast games on it.

I saw this on another board (can't remember which one) and I wouldn't trust this guy for anything.  He wants $15 bucks to ship it, he's a newbie, he only refunds money if it was broken during shipping (if it never worked in the first place, thats not his fault), and he doesn't answer questions when you email him.  I hope the buyer knew what he was getting into.
