Nice website, full of fresh and tight info...good for collectors

My record store over here closed doors half may, kinda fucked up cause it was the only place left to get vinyl.
Now I am forced to purchase music on the internet, cause its addictive.

Anyway gonna bid on some nice records on eBay couple few days...

How many recs you got there den? I have maybe about 50 or something...mostly jazz and funk...few of them are soul.

who is Robbie Williams? me and a guy at work are both music buffs and often discuss bands like Yes, Rush, ELP and Clapton. there is this other guy that is constantly telling us that Robbie Williams has sold more albums than all of them. neither of us has ever heard of the guy.

I've got a few hundred. I still have all my albums from when I was a kid. The rest have come from thrifts and such. Actually I started this thread because I found about 90 records that someone tossed out with their trash.

If I say that this Williams guy is from a boyband such as Backstreet Boys or Westlife you dont want to hear his sound I suppose!
But lets quit talking bout that noise and try to focus on the real deal, know what I am saying?

Maybe we can open a section on the RF Gen thats into music or something?

we do have the Media forum. it's usually dominated by movie topics but that's the place for music discussion. start up a thread and see where it goes.

Ratt!  I forgot all about Ratt. One of my favorite bands in the 80's. I can remember listening to dancing undercover, invasion of your privacy, and reach for the sky..... It is amazing how many memories just came back to me from reading about you picking up "Ratt - Invasion of your Privacy". Thanks for the trip down memory lane, I again reallies how old I am.

Bought me a very very very very very nice record of Sun Ra this week...
I will try to take some pictures when received home.
Its a mix of acid jazz meets fusion and very rare!
