Axiom Verge - Saudi release for Switch

I don't know what to do with this one - it looks like a Saudi release that's also intended for EU import?

The outer box has all that info on a glued-on sheet, but even the inlay has a Saudi age rating printed on it. If we go with it as a Saudi release, can we get that region enabled for Switch games?
