That's why I move myself, and I came up with the idea to use codewords for boxes of games like "Christmas ornaments" or "glass bakeware" in case I ever need to use a service.

I can't even imagine and won't pretend to know how horrible that feels.

I get upset when just 1 of my games goes missing or is misplaced. I hope you get whatever justice it is you are seeking. And I never trusted those types of services myself, this doesn't help convince me otherwise.
