The game maker committed to the roster before Foster was cut in training camp from Carolina. That is one thing that is better about todays sports  as far as downloading the updated rosters goes. And Boshamp is right I am sure, TSB III came out in summer of 95 so they would have finalized their rosters and committed to shipping the game out before some of the off season cuts happened. He had been traded from PIT to CAR but never played a snap for them.

You guys got it. Didn't mean to create confusion, but was going for the fact that it was the first Tecmo Super Bowl to include Carolina and Jacksonville as teams, and thought the rushing TD image would make for a good pic.

Sweet, I got it right! I have seen a lot of talk on the NES completion topic about games that we have started and never finished, or couldn't beat one way or the other as children. For the next one, I am pulling a game that I could never beat as a kid, but poured an extreme amount of time into...
