Movies: Where's That Line From?

A new movie game. Type up a line(s) from a film and others guess which movie it's from. Bonus cool points for naming the character/actor who says it. Answer correctly, and you post the next line(s). Try to keep the quotes relevant and fairly iconic for the movie so that the game doesn't drag. Get stuck with a pick? Head over to imdb.com and find one.
Here we go!

"Am I hallucinating here? Just what in the hell do you think you're doing?
Learning about Cuba, and having some food.
Mr.Spicoli, You're on dangerous ground here. You're causing a major disturbance on my time.
I've been thinking about this, Mr. Hand. If I'm here and you're here, doesn't that make it our time? Certainly, there's nothing wrong with a little feast on our time."

Fast Times at Ridgemont High
"Are you sure you're ready for this?"
"I'll do my best."
"Your "best"? Losers always whine about their best. Winners go home and **** the prom queen."
"Carla was the prom queen."
"Really?"
"Yeah."

When Harry Met Sally
"My name is a killing word. They are ready to fight. Yet in order to lead them, I must conquer the worm ... conquer Shai-Hulud."
"The Guild and the entire universe depends on spice. He who can destroy a thing, controls a thing."
"When the spice flow stops, all eyes will turn to Arrakis. The Baron and the Emperor himself will be forced to deal with us."
Not sure if it's in the movie, but... "He who controls the spice controls the universe".

Yeah, Dune. Paul Atreides, from the BBC adaptation. Have the novels in my office.

Yep. Both, I think. Better in the 1984 original (not as true to the book, but better performances), but certainly in the movies.

I did. I went in to pick up my check, came home, my supervisor called me about four o'clock, told me he got me on tape stealing boxes.
The f$@k you stealing boxes for? What you trying to build, a clubhouse?"

Friday
But I had to look up the phrase to make sure, because I remembered it was Ice Cube and Tucker but couldn't remember the name of the movie.

Welcome to earth!
Y'know, this was supposed to be my weekend off, but noooo. You got me out here draggin' your heavy ass through the burnin' desert with your dreadlocks stickin' out the back of my parachute. You gotta come down here with an attitude, actin' all big and bad... and what the hell is that smell?
