Happy holidays, everyone! How's the family? Additional small talk question?

Okay, pleasantries aside, what did you get?!

I was naughty so I got nothing. Tongue

On another note, no fund drive this year?  Isn't usually December when that takes place?

Merry Christmas, RFG!

I got $40 in steam cards, so I'm getting something.  Can't decide what, but that is half the fun for me.

My son got a Wii U as well as enough Nerf firepower to make even Zag nervous.

Merry Christmas, all!  The kids, I and the family got this stuff.  Round 2 starting soon at the wife's parents.  Items not shown:  Lottie, Ganondorf, and Splatoon triple pack amiibos.

This year many things.

Nintendo 30th anniversary chirstmas ornaments.
Nintendo 30th anniversary snow globe.
A bunch of gamer T Shirts to wear on the road.
Also this big boxy item.  I think I was a good boy this year with the girlfriend.

Hey now,

Just another practical Christmas. Aside from money from my aunts, I got clothing... which I don't actually mind getting, really. However, Optimus Prime received a gift from the unlikeliest source of all:

Nice, a fresh aftermarket set of super-articulated hands!

Not a bad hand job, if I do say so myself.  Grin

But wait-- looks like there are a couple more things in there:

HOLY FREAKING CRAP, it's the...

2 !!!

... with key ring! Wait, why does it need a ring? Strange...

ANYway, now that Optie's hands are super-poseable, he can now wield his rifle in a proper manner,  befitting his lofty status in Autobot high society:

Finally, the key ring inspired Devastator to get up the courage to propose to his girlfriend:

the only gaming related thing i got this year was Super Mario Maker which i'm excited about! i told most people to avoid games this year as i've gotten really picky about what i want in my collection, and condition, so i don't want to get stuck in the position of having a game i feel obligated to keep only because it's a gift. SMM was on my WTB list so that was a great choice Smiley

boxing day is another story, if i have time/energy tonight i'll post that to the small scores thread...

Here's what my brother and I got - this will also be posted in small scores since I haven't posted there in a while - everything was from our parents. All surprises to say the least haha

Well I should say the Amiibo, 3DS Game, and Xbox One games were from my brother.  The rest my parent got off my wish list and just random games from a few local stores that we didn't have on our lists.

Man, I don't know about Guitar Hero Live.  The presentation is awesome and GHTV is sweet but the new button layout causes problem.  Total of 6 buttons, 3 on top and 3 on bottom.  It's hard to tell if you are on the left, middle, or right because all buttons are flush and you accidentally hit both buttons when you are trying to hit the top.  I think this is a step backwards gameplay wise but presentation wise it's a step forward.

This is what I got, a brand new Computer! It's way better than my old one, save for the video card, so I threw the one from my old Computer in it. Smiley   (Sorry about the Cord, it's from my X1 Controller)
