Hey now,

I picked up the following doohickeys that pushed me ever closer to a notable milestone:

- Fracture for PS3

- GoldenEye: Rogue Agent for XBox

- Pinball Hall of Fame: The Gottlieb Collection for PSP and Assault Suit Leynos for PS4: I picked these up in a trade.

Aaaand with a the help of an Amazon.com gift card, my collection hit 3500 pieces with the arrival of...

Naturally, I also bought another addition to my magnificent menagerie of Optimoid entities. I kept him in the picture to let you all know it's really me, and not some spam-blogger telling you how to bet on cricket matches.

Meanwhile: earlier today I claimed the following lot of swag for a little under $75.00 all told:

- CIB Mario Kart DS

- CIB glacier Game Boy Advance with Madden 2003 and Spider-Man: Mysterio's Menace carts: this came with a Triple Yahtzee score card that had written on it several passwords for the Spider-Man game.

- Wal-Mart GameCenter magazine back ish

- PS Vita with MLB 12 The Show game card and 8GB memory stick

- CIB Mortal Kombat, Madden NFL '13 and Call of Duty Black Ops Declassified

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna dive into the wonderful world of wagering on non-handegg football games...

Sweet! You got the Hot Wheels Stunt Race FX car! I have one too!

Ah, I was trying to figure out what it was promoting exactly.  The eyes totally make sense now lol.

Scored a decent haul of boxed old, boxed PC games for various prices plus an Ultima Guide that ended up totaling $23 or so (the spindle is just a nearly new pack of CD-Rs I grabbed cheap at the same thrift shop)

They had one more good game, but some lunatic had put $10 on it (likely just because it had a lot of floppies) so I left it to rot.

For a nice bonus the copy of Myst has a strategy guide and hint book the previous owner stored in the box with everything else.

@shoboni: Play the Buck Roger's game. It's surprisingly great!

This is unfortunately a 5.25in only version, so it's gonna end up a collection piece for admiring the box and paperwork and I'll have to download it from somewhere to play.

My brother says hes jealous of a few of those - Buck Rogers being one of them!

Snagged this for $140. I didn't own an Xbox One before and I'm stoked to get this at that price.

$25 Wii bundle. Most of the games are CIB but the only great title is Mario Party 8.

This guy had some other stuff too but wanted too much for it. I managed to grab these two games for $10 though.

Amazon had a big price glitch at the start of Prime Day, and they honored all of it!

Had Buck Rogers for the C64, really liked it up to getting stuck. Was always hopeful GOG would get the rights to those somehow.

I actually have it for Genesis then (with the hefty manual), but never revisited.

Nabbed The Nathan Drake Collection and UC4 for about $14 each today, that's about it.

Thought it was a decent deal because those are still pricier PS4 games at around the $25 mark to order online or buy from a game store.

@ReddMcKnight: 8 bitdo NES receiver. (Translates to way of the 8 bit)

It's a bluetooth dongle for the NES.

Apparently Retro USB's NES controllers and adapters are coming soon so you may want to wait before ordering anything
