All from today. My local video store is closing after toughing it out for an extra decade or so. That nice Nintendo title stack was 10 bucks a piece. Truly the end of an era. Also some PS1 thrift finds.

It includes some nice interviews from creators of popular Amiga games such as Monkey Island, Lemmings,

Have thrift stores finally hit that point they have too much crap and need to move it or something? I guess I'm going to have to start going to thrifts more often again to find out if this was just a fluke or not.   $1.99 each!

Recently picked up a Hori Real Arcade Pro 2, aka HRAP 2. This is an arcade stick for the PlayStation 2. It came out around 2005 in Japan, back in the slump before Street Fighter IV reignited interest in the fighting game genre, which makes it very rare nowadays and difficult to buy at a reasonable price.
Luckily I was able to pick this one up on eBay at a great price. The quality is fantastic and the finish on the faceplate is great. I might swap out the buttons at some point in the future.

PS: the stick is in excellent condition, apart from the obvious yellowing of the case. It's not quite as bad as it looks in this picture, although it's close.

If you get it then I suggest the Special Edition since it contains an extra disc with 3.5 hours of developer interviews and such.
