Hey now,

That sucks Zag, I always look forward to your jaw-dropping scores. My local Goodwill does the same thing with higher priced titles. I rarely catch them slipping up these days...

Nice N64 scores, even if a little weather beaten.  My local Goodwill (there's only one near me) started selling video game items exclusively online over a year ago, so I know your pain.  The only gaming item I've seen there since is a PSX AV cable.

The local Goodwills have been doing that for almost 3 years...

Weep for me not, my RF-Gen brethren: I have a couple local Savers thrifts to fall back on. For example, take a gander at what I picked up there today for twelve bucks:

- A Game of Thrones card game starter set

- Pokemon Unova Sinnoh talking pokedex

- Yu-Gi-Oh PS2 controller

Aaaand finally, check out this big ol' bag of Jolly Ranchers:

All righty, gotta prep a bit for a job interview tomorrow. Wish me luck...

Some recent Goodwill grabs. Hack and Arc are FT/FS.

Hey now,

Started a little pre-interview thrift run at the local Savers, and got there just in time to grab:

- SNES carts, $2.99 $2.10 each: Donkey Kong Country 1 & 2, Earthworm Jim 2, Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario World 2, and Super Game Boy adapter.

- Game Boy with Super Mario World 2 cart, $9.99 $6.99

- CIB copy of Okami, $3.99: purchased from a rebellious Goodwill.

- Music & Gaming sign: this is a little memento from my soon-to-be-former workplace, taken off of the store's gift-card rack. Which reminds me: I gotta hit the hay so I'm well-rested for my last day of work there tomorrow morning.

Nighters...

You make me so jealous, Zag.  I don't think there will be any dry spell for you.

To be fair, I need a new prescription and I have colorblindness problems with differentiating shades of green/blue/purple/black, but I should've seen that one. Nice.  Roll Eyes
