I've had a few minor things here and there recently that I haven't posted, but these I just had to share.

First off, a buddy helped me get a good deal on the Dark Souls II CE, which I've been eying for some time.

Today I dropped by my local GameXchange. I'm in there pretty often, and the guys there are always really great and look out for me. They know I've been working on completing my licensed NES titles, and they had this one tucked away for me. It has some label damage, but for the price they charged me I'm more than happy to have it. Only one more left!

Decided to pop into a thrift on a whim.

Got a 50% off coupon, so I got the lot for $5.  There was a Jack Nicklaus Sierra Big Box game hidden in board games, but it only had junk in it.  The Aces game more than made up for it.  I have to admit, I've forgotten how much fun thrifting can be.  I might do this more often.

Hey n-- errrr...

Also, this came in the mail from Mister Heynow. I actually got the base and the other figures from Santa 'Norch's not so secret Santa last year and my wife picked up the game for me. So now the thing is complete. I promise I'll play it someday, but I have a serious amount of Skylandering to catch up on. Thanks again Zag.

Oh good, it arrived. Hope that job hunt is going well.

ANYway, I picked up another Epoch game, this time a chess-like "digital" board game, for just $2.49:

Pretty neat, huh!

But wait... what's this underneath the game board?

Nice grabs 'Norch. For being such a FF XII fan, I have never tried Revenant Wings.

@bombatomba: Great scores! I love the Aces of games and have played them for over 100 hours.

@Zag: Every time I see your pick ups I start hitting the local Savers. I really like the Double Dribble lcd!

@Duke: Congrats! That's not an easy one to find. Since you like Dark Souls a lot have you tried The Maze of Galious or La Mulana?

Since I had a bunch of games I couldn't seem to move anywhere else, I traded them in to OTC Videogames, and used the trade credit to cover about half the cost of this lot.

@Duke, Nice Dark Souls II pickup, I wanted that when it was released but just didn't have the income to support getting it at that time. Definitely cool.

@DisposedHero, Nice selection of games you picked up. Big Boost to your collection!

Here are my pickups this week. Not a lot of games to be had around here for a couple weeks just this kind of stuff.

@Disposed Hero: I loved that Astro Boy game on the PS2. Same problems as a lot of Sonic Team's games but it's better than a Sonic game in my opinion.
