Garage sales were kind of weak this weak, but the weather wasn't exactly good so I sort of expected it.  This upcoming weekend could be one of my biggest in a while, so here's hoping it makes up for it.

This is my Amazon stuff.  Yeah.  It's been kind of dry lately.

These are random picks ups from Stores and what not, and yes I guess I did take pictures of three of the games twice.  The strategy guides were $5 each from 5 Below.  The PC games in the second picture along with Glory of Heracles were from Best Buys clearance sale.  The PC games were $1 each and GoH was $6.  Pretty sexy prices.  Call of Cthulhu was from Disc Replay and I have been looking for this game for so God damned long, I actually started shaking a bit when I found it.  I can't WAIT to give this a spin.  Modern Warfare 2 Hardened Edition was only $3.

This was all I found from garage sales, and I already had five of the things in the picture, but one was to replace a disc only copy of Singstar and the other I got because I wanted to leave my Tetris plug and play sealed.  They were only $1 a piece.  Guitar Hero 3, Jampack and the Hot Newz VHS, I don't know what I was thinking.  They were only 25 cents to $1 a piece, so there's that.  I included the VHS tapes I got because first of all the movies are awesome, and second this was included with Killer Tomatoes 1:

Now that's pretty damn cool.

Finally I found this at a thrift store at the beginning of the week:

It would be cool enough just for what it is, but what makes it even better is that it's the 1st printing of the 1st edition of this version of the Monster Manual.  One in worse condition than the one I found sold recently for over $400 on Ebay.  I paid 20 cents.  Spiderman 32x, you will be mine.

A few goodies.  First is the winning game from the playthrough last month, Ultimate Basketball (519) was through a deal with Bickman and he threw in the awesome NES lanyard!

Getting back into the swing of yard sales:

Pokemon Gold Version, sealed for $5. Sitting next to a $60 fat PS2. Gotta love those wacky prices!

The rest were from the same sale, guy had a ton of 360 games for either $1 or $3. Most in empty cases with no inserts, which was weird. Spent $6 total.

Hey now...

- Final Fight Streetwise and 9 Official XBox Magazine demos, $1.99 $1.39 each

- And now, my little tribute to MattBrake90: I found a small stack of Japanese PS3 titles, all but one of which weren't in the database until recently. The most surprising omission was LittleBIGPlanet.

Aaaand, finally:

It does indeed appear to be complete...

...even if it isn't in the best cosmetic condition:

All the same, d'ya think I got a good deal on this?

Well, ahem. Nice Lunar 2. I hope to get one in that condition someday. But my chances of getting it for that price, are about as good as winning the lotto.

Moving on to my scores of late. I too, got some Working Designs games, courtesy of Lukiegames. The top three were from Crabby:

On another note, does everybody else run into a copy of this every time they go thrifting? Or is it just me?

I would have pointed out the scary phantom on the cover of Vasteel, but somehow knew the "Norch would do it for me.

Decent day at a local shop. Final Fight 2, not in the best condition, but good enough at $25. I've heard good things about Blur and I like to have at least one good racing game per system.

Here are some games I've collected over the past 2 months. Some I've already posted here, but here's all of them at once:

And I also imported this via Play-Asia. In fact, if you look up the game here on RF, I added the title and it's respective images. Tongue

Do you own a Japanese Vita? Or is that one not region locked? I would LOVE to be able to play some SAO, even if I can't understand what is going on. Wink
