Amstrad GX4000, mint console and 18 games. Unlikely another one of these will crop up with 18 games. Usually just have Burning Rubber and another random game with it. Bit too pricey for me though.

Did some third party replacement screens not get released back in the early '90s, I am sure I can remember seeing some of these in England back in the day. I think there were quite a few different varied themes too.
