My brother who is a cook at a major hotel chain (DoubleTree who is owned by Hilton), who has worked there 3 years now and has never got more than 3 days in a row off from there (and has only taken 1 sick day), got all this week off (including the weekends)............ except Thanksgiving. They wanted him to go in and cook a Thanksgiving meal for the maids and the like.
