Got a review at work on monday. It went very well.  Grin
Still in my probationary period but since i was asked if i could come in early every day this week for over time and i'm running (some) jobs with no oversight (unless i seek clarification) it is looking good  Grin

Still at work....

Also yes still working 7 days so I get to do more tomorrow. A month and a half straight work is starting to grind me down. Should be able to get Easter off at least...

Damn! I accidentally submitted an unfinished hardware addition.
Uh... Any way to cancel that one?

I was already getting the insurance. I believe i can opt into the employer matched something something now too.
401k? Annuity? War bonds? I brought my big ass binder of job related materials home. Since i'm official now i'll try and find some time to learn exactly how everything works to maximize my benefits.

I had to sign off on an injury report because i tweaked my knee and took some ibuprofen.(I told them just write "Is out of shape. Will recover. They chuckled.") If it still hurts monday i was told let HR know and they will send me to the hospital to get it checked out to make sure it isn't serious.
SOOOO outside my entire work experience of no work/no paycheck, no paid holidays, no vacations, no sick time, no etc, etc
Barring my time in the union of course. Where they charged me thru the nose for tons of awesome stuff i never used. Like full coverage health, vision, dental. It only cost me ~8 bucks an hour.

The out of shape part is quickly falling to the wayside too. Haven't weighed myself since starting but i'm noticeably slimming down(all pants now need a belt) and bulking up. I should have Popeye arms in no time.

Humorous comment in a submission from Ze_ro today. Made my day.

My phone decided it didn't want to take a charge. So i spent the last hour messing around with different cables and power sources.

Seems like ejecting the SIM and SD cards stopped it from trying to load things long enough for me to get it into a stable spot to take charge instead of endlessly cycling on and off.

Thankfully tomorrow... today.... is friday. Only 2 more days until my day of rest on Easter Cheesy

That scared me slightly... I just had a "Server not found" error.
Anything to do with the occasional site slowdowns?

mumboking, your custom title above "Nintendo 64" sounds like a piece of lyric from an Initial D song. That said, now I'm curious, did you make that up, or is it from something?

It's from Sega Rally Championship, though I'm sure it was inspired from Initial D, since it was popular around the time. Also, post #1000 Redd!
