This(used) 3DS I've got has someone else eshop signed in and I don't know how to sign it out with deleting their whole account(which has money on it)

Help?

I think if you wanted to sign in with your profile you'll lose all the money tied to that stranger's account. I'm not totally sure though, Crabby would probably be your guy for this issue.

Nope, looks like I got a little bonus because they never made an Nintendo account so it's tied to the unit instead Network ID(I reformated, unlinked the Club Nintendo Profile created a ID, signed in and it's still there)

Not sure, looks like Nintendo is doing the price-gauging-for-digital-games thing every else does on consoles because even "small" stuff like the NES pack is $30.

You probably just want to watch for eShop sales then. I know Atlus frequently runs sales, but haven't had mine long enough to see other companies put out the same frequency.
