I'm trying to add games to my collection.

If I go to ADD, select COLECOVISION, leave the search fields blank and then check the box that says something like ONLY LIST TITLES NOT IN MY COLLECTION it returns a blank page.

Indeed it is... after the server outage, we had the games table crash, but it mysteriously went away. We have a staff member complaining about the database search not working as well, so this may be a symptom of that problem still sticking around. Can you search for the game with the Database Search and add it to your collection that way?

Alright, I'll have to take a look when I get home tonight. It seems like the perl script for the collection is encountering an error somewhere, but I don't have the tools right now to investigate.

Works fine if you use the search from the front page, but there is a problem going through Collection Tools to add them.

I am experiencing no issues for any search features.

Seems like it is picking and choosing who it does and doesn't want to be broken for.
Which i assume makes things worse :-/

Okay...well, I just logged out, logged back in, and now I'm seeing the same thing Apollo saw with Database Search not working for the perl scripts now.

Well, if you search for a particular term, and it doesn't return too many results, it's fine. The table is still marked as crashed, though it's in a weird half-functional state. I want to discuss it with the staff before trying to repair the table, and if all else fails, try to restore a backup. Your collections are safe - it's just the games table itself, which contains the information for the game info pages.

Something blew up overnight... *sigh*. It's the same issue, just manifesting the same way it did on Sunday.

Stuck at work for the day, and won't be home until 9-10PM tonight. I fired off a PM to a couple of the other staff members to see if they could do an emergency repair or restore from backup should that fail. I'm going to put something on the front page to let people know we won't be processing submissions for now.

To clarify, if I try to click "Collection Tools", it loads a page with the normal top and side bars, but nothing loads where my collection should be.

ahhh.... that sucks. Good luck getting things back up to speed guys!
