Hey guys,

I just got an awesome boxed Mastersystem but no styrofoam moulding inside. Any advice or materials you can suggest to use for something like this?

Off the top of my head, you can use recycled cardboard (e.g. drink carriers?) to help support it. It's pretty sturdy, and they used it for the Atari Jaguar box pretty well. Otherwise, if you're up for it, you can buy a styrofoam block and shave it down so that it will hold what you want inside the box.

If you were actually going to cut down a styrofoam block, you might look into something like this styrofoam cutter:

http://www.amazon.com/Flo...er-Electric/dp/B003ADDTG6

Essentially a wire that gets hot and lets you cut styrofoam like a hot knife through butter.

^ That wasn't the cheapest one I found, just the first, to use as an example.
