Just a quick question: Should we be putting foreign words like 'La' or 'El' at the end of a title like 'The'. I haven't seen any written like that despite it being pretty easy to do.

Technically, they're articles like "The", so I don't see why not...

if it's as common as "The" then i would say they should, otherwise you're going to have thousands of titles listed under E or L

Interesting point for Dutch titles starting with "Het", "De" or "Een". Same rules?

It's the same kind of idea - those are articles. However, I'd try to stray away from trying to overdo it:

Yeah, Romanized (Hepburn) should be the default.
