Since the Nintendo Network thread seems to be primarily for sharing Network IDs, and I couldn't find another home for the topic, I created its own.

More news from Nintendo of Europe for unique offers not currently made available to North America. (and, in this case, not to the United Kingdom neither.)

Basically, NOE 3DS and Wii U users will be given the chance to buy every LoZ game on the e-shop at a discount, and if you buy any of them, you are treated to "Fan" discounts of 10% off Hyrule Warriors (Wii U) and 22% off A Link Between Worlds (3DS).

All of which are downloadable rewards, so the impact to me personally isn't all that upsetting, but I still wonder why they make certain stuff available only to certain regions. Is it truly about location, and a matter of availability on the physical titles to European gamers? Or a tactic to exploit the markets in different regions?
