When I did research for your submission, it clearly showed Sega as the publisher on the front of the box. Ubisoft was the publisher for the North American release though.

I feel that my submission was rejected in error.

The back of the box has an image stating "PUBLISHED BY UBISOFT www.ubi.com".
It also says elsewhere on the back "© 2006 Ubisoft Entertainment. Published by Ubisoft. All right reserved.".
There's also a UK address for Ubisoft on the back.

This is definitely a European release, as it has a PEGI rating, the region 2 logo and the back of the box states "Licensed for sale only in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceana.".

In that case I'll have to change the publisher field so it's both companies. However, it's definitely a UK release because I did a search on the EAN, matched it up to images of the box art I found and the box is only in English.
