My wife and I just confirmed that we are heading down to the San Diego area in April. Any rfgen members live around that spot and are up for a day of game hunting/playing?

[Thread title]Crabmaster Goes to the Zoo!![/Thread title]

Oh, you're visiting the in-laws, huh?  Wink

You sure you can't make a day-long stopover at SJC? I can pick y'all up and we can do a thrifting tour, especially if we can start at around 9:30 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Give me five hours and we'll blow through a dozen Goodwills, three Savers, two Rasputins, and a Salvation Army, no sweat.

If not, no big; have a good'un down there. Maybe you can check out the Taffy 3 memorial for me...

Unfortunately, you'll be on the other side of the country from me.  If you ever find yourself out near Pennsylvania...

Hello again,

Only Zagnorch is the in the general vicinity?!?! Come on, there has to be someone else??? Anyone?Huh? Please let there be another!!!!!

If by "in the general vicinity," you mean "less than 500 miles away," then yes. But just barely.

I assume you are flying down there, but if you are driving, I'm on the way.

I am, too, if he prefers to drive along the Pacific coast.

Yeah we are going to be flying. Sorry nupoile, I'd love to Quest for the Rings with you, but it'll have to be another time Sad

I have an O^2 and Quest for the Rings too, you know. But I'm still not worthy, am I? See if I ever help you with your Skylanders problems again, ya ingrate.  Angry

Does anyone at least know if there are any good stores to hit in San Diego? I'd love to pick up a nice game related souvenir from my trip

Be on the lookout for escaped Koalas:

If you're looking for Game Stores in San Diego try Luna Games. It has to be near Pat the NES Punk's apartment as it is featured in several of his videos:

Detroit.  There are a bunch of us out this way.  Can't think why you would want to come out here, but if you give me long enough I can think of something.  Ehh.  Food and beer are the only things that I can think of.  And Razorknuckles.

I'll definitely bring my best Koala hunting gear along. And Luna Games sounds like its worth checking out. Thanks!

We don't drink so I guess its just Food, bombatomba and Razorknuckles. I'd be happy with that, just need to find something to make my wife and son happy.
