I've always thought this tradition to be lame, but I am resolving to get back to my no-sugar non-processed food diet. I fell off the wagon what with Christmas treats and dinners and such, and my body is no happy.

Anyone else have any promises to break?

nothing really new, just some general ongoing goals that aren't really anything special or important. mainly read more because i want to finish every book i own, but also scale back on gaming (and wasting time on the internet) to give me more time for reading.
