That would be considered a game over. These rules are basically to make a hard mode for Pokemon.

You can find more info here: http://bulbapedia.bulbaga...t/wiki/Nuzlocke_Challenge

cool, i'm sure that could be a lot of fun but potentially frustrating...i don't see many people picking it up again after they've lost, especially if they made a lot of progress.

Yeah, I haven't played a Pokemon game since Red/Blue and would love to play a newer game in the series, but I don't think I'm a fan of those rules.  Well, at least not the permadeath rule, I could live with the other constraints.

Shovel Knight is a download-only title, isn't it?

We can always take out the permadeath rule. Would you be interested then?

Shovel Knight.

Awesome idea! I really, really want to play Shovel Knight.

Yes.

So in other words, it doesn't exist.

Shovel Knight looks like a great game and I'd love to play it some day. Only available on the WiiU right?

It's pretty quiet in here. No suggestions for games?

I want to nominate either 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors or Virtue's Last Reward as a playthrough game. They are open ended interactive drama games so hopefully everyone participating will have a unique experience with the game which will promote some great discussion.

Well, we are pretty much booked solid through October, except for the Modern October title. Wink

They're DS and 3DS/Vita games so they would fall under Modern.

I can imagine you with a calendar with all your games listed in it. Wink

Oh could you now? Yes..........I am a bit of a planner, but remember, September has already been announced and if others have been paying attention, they probably already know what the Retro title is going to be. We've hinted at it several times over the last year.

I actually picked up a copy of 999 for my DS on a whim a few months back. I almost started it several times, but never did. It might have to accompany me to the beach.
