Export CSV

I can't get the "Export CSV" button to work properly.  Clicking on it will send me from the "Collection Tools" page of "Tools" to the general view of "Tools" (same as clicking on the "Tools" tab from any other page).  Clicking on the "Export Current List" button at the bottom of any view of my collection (doesn't seem to matter what platform my collection I am viewing) will just send me to the top of that page (almost as if it were an anchor link).
