I've mostly read the opposite.
From people who tend to be heavily geared towards console gaming. "Xbox" specifically...

What makes it so good on the consoles in your opinion?

I put a lot of value in the 'together, on the couch' experience. That's probably the biggest thing. I've also always found using a controller to be more elegant than a complex mouse/keyboard setup, and that part of it is set up extremely well.

i'm not too familiar with diablo but isn't that a hotkey heavy game on PC? it seems like losing that would be a big deal

Other dungeon crawlers / RPGs have managed pretty well. EDIT even some side scrolling brawlers and fighters come to think of it /EDIT

You obviously don't have as many keys available to but i've played games that still managed to get quite a few using d-pda, face buttons and combinations of holding bumpers/triggers to change the function of face keys like a shift or control key.

Thanks for the info invader Smiley

Finished:
The Raven eps 2 and 3 - I really tried to like it but it was too broken to really enjoy. If you can pick it up on steam or something dirt cheap and like point and click mystery style games go for it.

Rock of Ages - Cool/strange Atlus game. What happens when Sisyphus decides he is done rolling the boulder up hill for eternity and breaks out of the underworld... And then rolls through time defeating various major historical figures.

Played:
Blobster - cleared a few more stages. Only have 2 more levels to 100% and then 3 bonus levels.

Couple rounds of Warface and World of Tanks.

Started downloading season 2 of The Walking Dead. Won't get a chance to play until thursday or friday though. Maybe even later.

EDIT
Warface eps sucked today.
WALKING DEAD!

I've finished up The Last of Us. It's awesome from a standpoint of story and presentation but the game play could've been a bit better(it wasn't bad, just kind of plain and run-of-the-mill for a game that excelled so much in other aspects)

I'm working on GTA5 right now, I don't remember enjoying any of he other GTA games quite as much as I am this one.

Finished Super Mario Bros U with 5 shiny stars, will be moving on to Super Luigi U tonight. Being able to play the Wii U in bed is awesome. I will probably dig up my DS and start some games on that soon too.

Finished Mindjack. Still helping several others though.

Should finish Cold Alley(Win8) before the end of the day.

Been playing Hungry Shark Evolution on my phone. Tried to play the PC version but it only supports touch controls so i can't tap the screen to speed up while moving around :-/There was a patch for it so hopefully they updated it to support mouse/keyboard or controller or pretty much anything besides touch only.

Also got in some Harbor Master.
World of Tanks
Warface

this kid is good, i didn't know this. i had always assumed these standby modes worked with some sort of switch built into the screen hinge, never considered magnets.
