Had a dull weekend with relatives...

So I cleared (Normal difficulty / GREAT score) almost every song in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA.

The only one I have left is the stupid xmas song.  If my thumb doesn't fall off first I should earn 4 costumes including a swimsuit.  I don't think it would be worthwhile to go back and redo all of them.  I'm moving on to Project DIVA 2nd if I can hit my goal.

I wish I had DIVA. Cry

PSP is region free, and the first one is the cheapest with two or three reprints.  Oh, and there is no autosave, so remember to save often.

I'm a sucker for music games, SEGA, internet idols, and stumbling through menus in Japanese, so this game manages to cross most of my interests.  To be honest, I bought a PSP just for this game... I'm not sure if I want to get a Vita or PS3 for DIVA f, but f 2nd is coming out soon, so it seems more worthwhile.

UPDATE:

I unlocked the swimwear.  WOOT!

I just can't justify full price for them right now, since I'm paying down a ton of bills and trying to replace a lot of things around the house (just got a nice mattress - good timing, since my shoulder feels like it wants to rip apart). Since you mentioned "GREAT" score, here's what I was able to do with 30 minutes on the demo for PS3. Is GREAT considered to be 90%+?

I had really intended this to be Kinect week 2.0... All I have done so far is Intel Discovered...that took less than an hour. Freed up like 1.8 gigs though.

Crackdown. Finally broke down and used a guide to find my last 3 agility orbs. They were all on the same building. Thankfully. Might pull up guides for the last 25ish hidden orbs I need tomorrow. I (Tynstar) wiped out the gangs. Resurrected and again defeated them myself. Cleared the first 7 bosses in timed mode on psychotic difficulty and done a handful of the foot/driving races.

DIVA F has a bit different final score view, but basically the rules are the same.

Great ratings are based purely on score.  The score threshold is different for each song.

http://projectdiva.wikispaces.com/Scoring+System

Generally, combos help out your score.  I usually get a good feeling if I make it to ~50 notes before dropping one.

What is really important is the "Chance Time" section.  Each consecutive note in the combo adds 100 points.  Chance time makes the biggest difference in score.  I've covered up many bad runs with near perfect combos in the chance-time section.

Finished orb hunting and the foot races in Crackdown.
Have to finish time trials and then do races and find all the stunt rings still.

Hopefully the driving portions are not too hard. It would be nice to have all the tough/time consuming stuff behind me now.

They original races were cake.

So far the DLC races are easy too. Just more time consuming. Having to win in every car is stupid. Finished the first 2 tracks with all 6 cars. Did 2 cars on the 3rd track. 4 tracks left with 6 cars each.

Also need to jump(or be thrown) thru a bunch of the stunt rings.

I beat Mega Man 2 again. It's been a while since I went all the way through it, but just like riding a bike it came back to me with no problems. Still fantastic.

I was at Techwizard's house today, and he tells me to try out Sniper Ghost Warrior. Alright, I'm down for that. Seems like a pretty decent game. Played for about 30 minutes, then this happened.

Can't find any record of this glitch, so I feel like we're the first to discover it, or at the very least the first to document it.

7/10 would glitch again.
