I am super jealous of the Wonderswan.  How much did you pay for everything?  When I go to FL I want to find some stuff like this!  But I'm with the family so there won't be time for shopping for video games.  EA tour sounds awesome!

We found the Wonderswan at Gamers Inc. in Orlando.  Shaggy - Let's just say the money was well spent and it wasn't a ton. :-)

I've been somewhat of a lurker lately. I didn't mean to be, but you know how it is.

It's worse than you think. Our friend Zagnorch sent me some stuff for Christmas I never put up and then he sent me more stuff I have yet to show.

My game finds have kinda slowed down a bit the last few months, no real reason other than just me being busy, you know how it is.

We will (partially) remedy the Zag thing right now

Here we have a nice selection of mostly broken calculators. A couple even came from a fellow RFG'er prior to Zag sending them to me. A very foxy fellow that one, kindly engraving his name into each one.......There is more to what 'norch sent, the main thing is kinda waiting on my lazy self to make a video of. It's the sort of thing that requires video, stay tuned for that epicness.

I may have not been buying many real games but I have been buying pretend ones on Steam, besides winning some in the RFG donation drive contest. Showing off the Steam collection would be weird though, and how would you do that anyways? Like this?

We did get a cool gamer mousepad and keyboard for the PC but I know you guys don't care about that sort of thing either  Tongue

I can change any key to any color, you should see my Dark Side of the Moon layout.

Continuing on with the way too many pictures......just pretend I'm the NW version of Techie or Zagnorch......

Actually buying a game from my local game store, Dracula for the INTV

It seems to be complete and all the internals are very nice, it even has the original plastic on it with a huge sticker! What do I do with that?! It's an original JC Penny catalog sticker so thats nice, but it covers the whole front of the game! Sheesh. It was all of $5 which is better than the $30-35 it seems like it would sell for on ebay.

Wife and I went to the Cowlitz Gamers for Kids show this weekend. The best part was seeing Fokakis, we got to hang out with him for a good chunk of the day. I was even able to convince him to run around town with us, go to lunch and explore a store or two. That was pretty awesome.

I was able to sneak a picture of him here:

I can make out a small part of the back of his head and maybe his shoe......

If you follow the Retro Gaming Roundup, the real life Deaf CD Thief is in this picture

These pics make the show look less well attended than it was, although the show is small, when I was taking these, there was a huge crowd in the back corner for the tournament.

Here's a random picture of of one of the tables of one of my favorite seller, because I'm already putting too many pictures up and why not one more?

So, what did I pick up there?

Wife picked out the laser discs and picked out a shirt for herself.
Bought some O2 games to make some of my collection go from C or CI to CIB
TG16 Final Lap Twin, because you couldn't have walked by that table and not bought something.
INTV stuff!
Wife picked out some TI 994a games
A couple of DS games for the nephew, one he asked for, one we are going to force on him

Remember how I've been one game away from a complete Odyssey^2 collection for a long time now? How I look on ebay for it nearly every day? How I hope to find it at any of the shows we've went to over the last few years?

BAM! Now I am in the complete set club   Grin

Want to see it again?

How about a couple more times?

Picked up some games from Disc Replay. Finally bit the bullet and picked up Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros.

shaggy, Gamers Inc. would be well out of your way anyways, unless you're in East Orlando (~40 minutes away from attractions).

Well I thought we were done going out...we leave sunny Florida tomorrow :*( I want to move back here so bad...so I might be stepping away from games for a while to save up ;-)  well anyways went to 2 Goodwills & one Standard Thrift ad got a ton goodies mostily $.99 to $2.99 - most of the prices were old price tags.  Lots of PS1 stuff mostly filler.

We'll be going to Universal Studios so we will be on International Dr. But still,  NOOOOOOOO how could you?  OK, I'm done.

I'll be with the family so I'm sure I won't be able to go to any of the thrift stores.  EA would be cool, though.

There's a huge flea market on Intl. Drive I believe near old town.
