Hey now,
I was glancing at the electronic scrap at work when I spotted this lovely item:

It turns on and appears to work, but I don't have any software to try it on. Yet. If it does work... all those Apple II and IIGS games I've yet to play. Plus the GS port of Rastan is considered the closest to arcade available. I am extremely happy about this.
Meh, it's no Commodore 64... or TI-99/4A for that matter. But hey, it's better than nothing, I guess.
On to my latest mini-haul:

-
Pokemon Stadium N64 cart, $1.99
- Sealed
LoZ Wind Waker HD and
Mario & Sonic at the Sochi Games for Wii U: a couple May-Kart specials paid with a Sears gift card.
- Green/orange two-tone GBA SP with cover case, $8.99: This originally lacked a price tag, which I mentioned to the clerk who freed it from the electronics display case. So he took it to the back room and returned with GBA in hand a few minutes later. After he handed it over, he told me that the pricing guy was going to mark it at $14.99, but the clerk put a good word in for me-- what with my being a well-liked regular patron and all-- and persuaded the pricer to knock off a few bucks. See what being a courteous and thoughtful customer can do for you?
Now I just need to dig up a replacement battery for this bad boy...
