We've been playing the demo together on the way to school each morning.

It's cute that you ride the bus together.  Tongue

Picked up a PS2 Slim with all cords, 1 controller, memory card, and 7 games (Shadow of Colossus, Naruto Uzamaki Chronicles 2, Guitar Hero 3, GTA 3, Jaws Unleashed, Destroy All Humans 2 Greatest Hits, and Smackdown vs. Raw '08 Greatest Hits) for $20 from a friend.

Console seems to be in good condition and works well from what i have seen. Haven't tried any of the games but he said his cousins have damaged most of them so i don't know how many i am going to have to replace yet.

Regardless i have now started my PS2 Collection.

UPDATE:
Shadow of Collossus is an empty GameStop case.
Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles 2 had GoW II, Pac-Man World 3, and Crash Bash inside it disk only.

Missing one of the games that i was originally supposed to have but in turn i found three more so.

UPDATE 2: Colossus was in PS2. So i got all originally promised and 3 extras.

My mum has a PS2 slim, and the ribbon cable connecting the laser is scratching discs...
Check yours before putting any more discs in it. Wink

None of the discs seem to have that type of damage. They all seem to have bad care damage like being left out. I know he has recently ran most through the system to check if they worked so they'd show signs. He told me which ones work but i can't remember at the moment.

Thanks for the warning, however, Mumboking because i didn't know the ribbon could scratch them like that.

Dead Island GOTY Edition...which is weird. It doesn't have the Platinum Hits branding, but they put a Platinum Hits Best Seller STICKER on it. Later printings had the Platinum Hits branding on it.

These recent pick-ups may not be as precious as bickman's new bundle of joy, but they won't be waking me up every 2 hours for the next 6 months, either. (Congratulations Bickman! Smiley )

Hello once again.

It's not like you'll be surprised by what I picked up today, so let's just get it over with.

And not that you care, but I also grabbed all these for a little under twenty-nine bucks:

Hey all! My brother got another game from his boss and I got a few free games from my assistant manager.

Persona 2 - Is complete and in like new condition - that is from my brothers boss he said he should have the first one and quite a few other RPG's somewhere.

Everything else is CIB and games I have been looking for - shockingly I didn't have GTA III on PS2!

So here is the small list -
-Turmoil - Atari 2600 - he found this in his closet
-Destroy All Humans
-Destory All Humans 2
-Grand Theft Auto 3
-Marvel Nemesis

Picked up these at the thrifts today. Awesome to find some Atari 5200 games. Picked up the Resident Evil 4 Gamecube Demo thinking someone on here might want it PM me if you do.

Oh and got the manuals for free cause the lady checking me out didn't know what to price them as. Now all I need are the boxes and I will have some cib copies of these games
