I just looked at the US TRU site and I find no mention of the clearance there either. I just see the signs inside the stores.

Either way, we almost never get any of the big sales you have over there.

It is a company-wide clearance, so it should be in every store, but the selection depends on the store. Some have more copies of certain games and accessories than others and those will be the ones clearanced with the colored tags. I learned this trying to pick up the ICO/SotC bundle for PS3 in one store that didn't have it on clearance, but someone else on the site was able to find one clearanced.

Just checked my receipt and ICO/SotC came up full price, so I guess its going back.

So I went on a road trip today that was almost a complete bust. I checked out that big flea market but I only found one guy with games and he was a retail reseller. I mostly spent the trip starting to get a feel for game store, but the main one I wanted to go is closed on Sundays. I'll have to try and weasel my way in to a trip during the week to check it out. I only stopped at one Goodwill since I was short on time and I just stumbled across it on my way out of town, I'm glad I did. I'm having some problems finding info on it though.

I found another recent Pratchett book on the bargain tables at Barnes & Noble too. Once again it was cheaper than a paperback copy.

They sold those metal tins at Walmart.
Probably other retailers too.

That explains why I couldn't find much info on it. I was searching for special edition tins, Club Nintendo rewards and such. The Twilight Princess is pretty awesome though. There aren't too many pictures of the one I bought, at least using the terms I used.

Alrighty I teased a little while back about a game my brother and I needed to complete a set....well fellow gamers...here it is ---I present to you --- BLACKTHORNE CIB for Sega 32X this should make Tynstar happy that I completed a Sega set before a Nintendo Set ;0)

It has taken years to complete this set!! My brother bought the game after selling off some of his PC parts from a guy on Nintendo Age.  This guy is awesome!! He gave him a great deal on it! So now we have a complete Sega 32X Set!!!

Here's some photos:

So here is the new game plan - we need a manual for only one of the boxed games I believe and that is Zaxxon' Motherbase....and we need boxes and manuals for the carts we have.  ANY help would be great to help us get a CIB set!!

While you would be correct under the right conditions, this doesn't meet those conditions. I am happy but seeing the loose carts takes away that happiness.  Smiley

Got another 8 GC titles today. My wife picked them up while she was searching for 4th of July stuff at the ARC thrift store and dumped them on my "To do" pile today. I saw Ty, and spider man, but the others fell behind the desk. Once I get through all of it, I am willing to bet I would be over 400 GC titles now and close to 300 Hardware pieces.
