I have heard so much about Ikaruga, but haven't delved into buying online quite yet. It seems like it would be so much more expensive.

Both Ikaruga and Chaos Field are great games. Sadly, pretty much the only shmups on the GC.

Love me some good soundtracks. I should break out some of the ones I've got packed away right now.

Picked these up today. FOP has a tear in the back print now because of their stupid policy of wrapping everything in fucking packing tape. Counterstrike didn't come with a manual BUT IT'S NOT LIKE I COULD HAVE KNOWN BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS WRAPPED BOTH WAYS WITH PACKING TAPE

Got these from a guy on Atari Age where the money goes toward donations - $0.50 a piece

Indiana Jones Infernal Machine - N64 Good Condition

L'empereur - Good Condition - I got the sticker off without any problems

Like I mentioned I will only get stuff if it's cheap and affordable or in trades otherwise I am taking a long break from collecting sadly.  BUT my brother will still be collecting.

Did you pick those up from Goodwill? 'Cuz all the stores in the Goodwill of Silicon Valley system are starting taping up the cases with the games and inserts inside, instead of taking the game discs out and placing them in a binder at the checkout counter. I always ask the checker to open the case up so i can see how the contents look before I make my purchase.

Yours open them? Wow. Mine just tell me what I see is what I get, and it's an inconvenience if they're behind a case.

You don't have the "shake check" figured out yet?
You should be able to hear the disc, and manual without opening a box. If you are really good sometimes you can figure out how many manuals/leaflets are in the box.

I learned that on anything Goodwill a long time ago. *Shake* No manual, ditch. *Shake* hear nothing...feels light. Must be empty.
