Didn't know DuckTales had a physical release..must be slipping. Great scores Russly!

Was there an actual "physical" release, or is it just a code inside of the game case?

I was running errands at lunch and stopped in at Goodwill today. Found some more stuff that wasn't there yesterday!

Duck Tales initially got a case with a DLC code, but was later released on all 3 platforms with a Physical disc. I have two on the Wii U. One that we've played and enjoyed and one to stay sealed.

A box showed up today from Tynstar with one expected item and one unexpected.

It's just the box, no styro or anything, but I'll be using it as a display piece so I'm thrilled to have it in the system box collection.

He was also nice enough to throw in a Saturn hockey game because he knows me so well.

@russlyman: I'm loving that Wii U gamepad overlay you did.

@Bil: Such an iconic box. Awesome.

Swung by Toys R Us yesterday. They had some games 70% off

Been going to the local Toys R Us'es quite a bit lately to take advantage of the 50%-70%-off-tagged stuff, myself. Sadly, the vast majority of it are accessories, with very few games of interest to me.

Got Ducktales , Tekken tournament and a cool wii game that is a shooter and comes with 3d glasses
Got all this for $40.

Well I'm glad to see you got the real version of DuckTales Remastered for Wii U, and not one of the glorified knock-offs for PS3 or 360. Way to keep the faith!

I asked if I could have the promo box and he said sure.

I love that you held it up in front of a paved street for the picture, like it was a Mario Kart prize box, waiting to be busted open by a passing vehicle.

My cat Penny enjoyed it too

So... what's her power level? Is she closer to a single banana, or more towards a blue shell?  Wink

You know, i actually like this. It's no Nerf Armor cover, but I dig it. Just keep doing this, and lay off the Wavebird vandalism. Thank you for your consideration.

Well, the wife went off to pick up a jogging stroller from craigslist and the seller apparently also had an Atari with games to get rid of, so we will see shortly what I am getting. I hope it isn't one of those "flashback" consoles or whatever they are called. I have no idea what to look for in those older consoles. I was born with the NES, I am not at all an expert when it comes to anything before my time.

Well, I am at a loss as to if it was a good deal or not. My wife picked up the box for $15, I think personally just having the system was worth it since it is my first 2600, although I am not sure if it is an original or a reproduction. One of the Carts looks weird too and one of the joysticks seems like it doesn't belong. I am posting other pictures to a blog post so I don't crowd this forum space. If you know more about this type of older stuff, I would appreciate some clarification on the stuff I am unsure about if you wouldn't mind taking the time.
