Mike - nice grab on Casino Kid II! That's a tough one to get.

Haven't found a lot of great things lately. I go to shops around here fairly often, and it seems like a lot of places are drying up. Not a lot of new stock anymore. Anyone else experiencing this?

In any case, here's some NES games I got recently:

Invader - you have stock? I exhausted most of that a couple years ago, as most of the new stuff will just cycle in and out quickly. The shops around here don't purposefully cycle their stock.

Yesterday's score. I've been looking for Muramasa locally for a while now. Unfortunately, 5 GameStops in my area all have disc only copies.... Lucky enough to find these two at a used book/music/game store.

I may be misunderstanding what you mean, but if "the same 50 crappy NES games that we've had for the last 2 years" counts as stock, then yeah. I love going out and looking for games, but more often than not I end up going to the usual places, looking at the same exact games I always do, and then leaving empty handed.

That's what I meant... by "stock" I meant that the same people have the same things. We don't have too many used stores in the area, as people like to only trade in and not purchase from the used stores.

We'll decided to hit up some goodwills and a saver today before work. I haven't gone in a while. Nothing at the first goodwill just a bunch of over priced stuff. It's shame their prices have gone up so much on like house hold items. They have some old TVs at. $35 and some shelves for $25. These should be less than $10 items. Anyways. Nothing at Savers but a few xbox games. Hit the last goodwill. Finally. A few items in the case. Scored a kinect Luigi for $2 and was looking for a new hoodie when holy cow. My jaw dropped. Found this for $6

Than grabbed these for a buddy. $10 each

Found Tekken 6 (PS3) for £2 in a shop, traded it in to CEX for £10 credit.
Went and bought £10 worth of games in CEX before they had time to put out the game I traded in. Cheesy
Super Bust-a-move 2 is for my mum.

EDIT: Hmm... Just noticed, I got a NTSC NFR case for Project Gotham Racing but a PAL Classics disc. I don't think I'll be adding it to my collection list, too confusing.

Remember the Goodwill I was about to give up on? I'm glad I didn't. The only one I'm keeping is Dino Crisis which is missing the extra demo disc, let me know if you want any of the the other three.

My secret store had a copy of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster. This is a dupe for me so if you missed out I'll be trading or selling this.

I've gotten lots of new goodies in recently, so let's jump right in!

Just a bunch of random titles I got from the recent GameFly sale as well as some other places.  Best Buy was offering a $20 reward certificate for pre-ordering the new Wolfenstein, so that in addition to 20% off with my GCU membership made it a no brainer.

Added some new Mega Man games to my collection.  Got these from ebay.  I didn't feel like making another post in the ebay thread, so I just lumped them in with this one.

And last but certainly not least, I have been doing my part to help GrayGhost clear out some of the clutter in his house.  In our latest trade, he sent me these storage drawers and all of the games in the last pic.  The Pac-Man poster/coloring book was a neat last minute bonus.   Smiley

These storage drawers are going to help immensely with organizing my cartridge games.  My N64 collection was in decent shape, but my Genesis cartridges were in complete disarray.  In my experience, Genesis and N64 carts don't lend themselves well to being placed along a shelf like NES and SNES carts do, so these should be a good solution for me.  Smiley

Picked this up before I disappeared into the wilds of Arizona for a week.  It's like new and had all of the original packing inside.  Go go backwards compatibility!

Found this at a Savers today for $3.99.  Nothing special but at least it is a harder to find color and not a clear/opaque purple one. :p
