Nice pickup today on my lunch break, thanks Half-Price Books!  Not an awesome price but it easily beats eBay.

Another trip to Game Quest today, plus a good mail day:

Neo-Contra, Dark Cloud 2, Final Fantasy II and the PS controller extension were from Crabby. The Asterix was an Ebay score (Whoops! wrong thread! Oh wait, everybody posts ebay scores here? nevermind.) Also got my SNES translated repros: Secret of Mana 2, Terranigma and FF V.

Had a small find at my local haunt. In the sea of Sega sports games I struck a little vein of silver. These 3 games were $10 total. Warrior of Rome II is missing its cover art but has its manual and official Sega clamshell. Wonder Boy is a dupe for me but is missing its manual. Miracle Warriors is complete.

I had a mediocre day at my usual game store (Though I'm glad to get The Legend of Dragoon). We followed it up with a trip to a new (to us) flea market where there were very few games but I picked up Jade Empire for $5, on a whim.

Last week, I decided to seek out a few games online and I was a little trigger happy with the buy button. This is some of what I bought (I already had Lucky Dime Caper loose):

I've been wanting to replace my green label LoD with a black label one for a couple years on the cheap now. Its more difficult than I would have imagined.

Jansolee you sound like me about a year ago, going to new flea markets and eBay splurging. Good luck with future hauls.

Hey now,

What will probably be my final small score...until next week anyways. All from Crabmasters establishment:

Is Crabby finally back from his trip? He's supposed to give a little something to you from me...

In any case, the latest episode of SEVEN-DAY SCORE CARD is up and running. Be sure to try your hand at the guessing game at the end for the chance to win a little something-something. That's right, I'm resorting to bribery to get you to read my nonsensical blathering.

Picked up a few new SEGA games while I was on vacation. Was really hoping to grab one of the last few NES games I need, but these will have to do for now.

Then came into the store and was in great shape so I decided to take it home Smiley

56 issues of Nintendo Power for $7.  $0.29 each with a 50% discount.  Yay me

Sheesh... and my local Savers are upping the price to $0.49 per magazine.

But even though you got almost one-quarter of the entire run of Nintendo Power in one shot, the big money score s that Majora's Mask Player's Guide.

Hey, that reminds me: thank you for your patience on that trade for that Game Boy Advance ish...
