The Weird Al album is great ... I have that same one ... I'm trying not to wear it out ... really hard to resist listening to.

Up 'n Down? ... sounds like it'd be a fun game

Great haul Zag especially on the Starflight and the hori sticks...just as Duke said I don't know want to know what the wipes are made of haha special Zagg cleaning solution I presume.

Bananarama great scores on the Weird AL I have been trying to track that down at HPB but no luck they have all the other ones but not that one Sad Also that Atari game looks awesome!! I like the Sega art work on the 2600 games I need to get more someday I think I only have Star Trek and Congo Bongo haha.

Can't say that I have any Weird Al vinyl (although I have a sweet 80's metal LP collection), but I did hold onto my cassettes from the man.  I would hope that is your new 12"x12" display piece.

Why is Bennie the Cab on the front cover there?

Maybe you should ask the producers of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Seems they have some explainin' to do. Smiley  Actually Crazy Possum, it's a pretty terrible game. This one appears to be used as a murder weapon, no wonder it was so cheap.

I actually had this Weird Al cassette as a kid when it came out Techie. I played the hell out of it and ended up giving it to a younger cousin of mine several years later, who also became obsessed with it. I posted a pic of it on FB yesterday and tagged him. Needless to say, we both got a good laugh and I think he downloaded it. Smiley I actually saw Weird Al in concert several years ago at a local amusement park in Charlotte, NC. He puts on a great show and I recommend it to everyone.

So here's a picture of my grabs from the last couple weeks.

$4: Def Jam Vendetta (CIB), Star Fox Adventures(No manual), Sewer Shark(CIB)
$3: After Burner(CIB), Robin Hood, Super Return of the Jedi
$2: Ecco the Dolphin (label upgrade for me)

I grabbed this sweet D&D shirt at the same store for $10.

Hey everyone. More cheap guides...still waiting to hear back from my brother's friend he won't be back in town for a while so hopefully we get some more freebies soon :-) But today Engel and I went out I didn't get much not nearly as much or as goodies as him.  Mostly Strat Guides ranging from $0.25 to $3, the most expensive one being Castelvania Symphony of the Night Bradygames.  Odd thing is I was just thinking about that strategy guide last night going through my others.  Other than that I am down to one Lord of the Rings game needed for the PS2 set - Lord of the Rings Aragorn's Quest.

Hey now,

Great deal on those Hori sticks, 'Norch. I think I will steer clear of the Zagg wipes, though. I don't want to know what the cleaning solution is made from.

Picked up the last batch of 'em on clearance from my local Radio Shack. Maybe I'll send a pack your way one of these days...

Hmm..... $5.99 you say?   Don't mind if I do!   Great start to the weekend already and I'm not even off yet

Is that one good for playing, or just collecting? 'Cuz it'll definitely be a keeper for me if it has good play value.

All right, time to start off my latest small scores report with a little something from the land of beady-eyed, flappy-headed flatulence-humor connoisseurs:

All right, let's open this up...

Ah, here's a note:

Now just what could it be--

HOLY CRAP IT'S COMING RIGHT AT ME--

Whew, that was close. But that was not the only import I discovered on this fine day:

- CIB Japanese Epoch Excite Stadium DX plug-and-play baseball TV game, $10.39: A new addition to my epic Epoch collection. Apparently, this allows you to pitch and bat. It also includes all the paperwork as well as a promo poster for Epoch plug-and-play tennis, ping-pong, non-handegg football, and...well, I don't know what kind of game it is. What I DO know is I have at least four more Epoch products to keep my eye out for...

- Banpresto Bowser King Koopa plush, $2.49: This guy still has his tag...

...but one of his horns is halfway fallen off:

Not sure if I should try to mend that. Knowing me, I'll just make it worse.

Aaaaand finally:

- Pearl Pink GBA SP with Catz cart, $9.99

- CIB Nervous brickdown, $3.99

And who would I be if i didn't show off my latest calculator scores? This time 'round I discovered a TI Voyage 200 graphing calc for just $3.99. Sadly, I haven't been able to get it to work yet. I'll figure it out one of these months.

Then there's the big shocker: the Qualifier Plus IIx Real Estate Master from Calculated Industries is my first major non-TI / non-HP calculator score.

Whelp, that's it for today. Tune in tomorrow evening when I show off my garage sale scores!

Nighters...

I picked up this nice little lot at Value Village for $69.99.  It wasn't even priced out yet...it must have just been donated. I saw it sitting in the production room, it's the same box Bucky O'Hare came from.  All the production room employees went home for the day so it wasn't gonna be priced until at least the next day,  but the manager hooked me up anyway.

At first I thought he wasnt gonna give me a deal.  He tried telling me the NES Challenge Sets sell for $1000 if its still in its original shrinkwrap.....riiight.  Then he figured in the condition it was in it was worth $250.  But after a bit I basically told him what it was worth, then he said "okay $100".  At that point I was ready to walk away from it, but then he said $69.99 for the Challenge Set, plus the loose NES and all the games.  I couldn't say no.

Still has the original purchase date on it.   Cool man

Most of the games are duplicates,  save for Super Spike V. Ball, Tiny Toons, Chip n Dale, and Manhattan Project.

These two are in terrible shape.... the game on the bottom is TMNT Manhattan project, and with that I have all the Ninja Turtles games for NES.  Its hammered but it's salvageable at least.  If I swap the back with another crappy title I'll be happy enough with it.

Hello there,

At first I thought he wasnt gonna give me a deal.  He tried telling me the NES Challenge Sets sell for $1000 if its still in its original shrinkwrap.....riiight.  Then he figured in the condition it was in it was worth $250.  But after a bit I basically told him what it was worth, then he said "okay $100".  At that point I was ready to walk away from it, but then he said $69.99 for the Challenge Set, plus the loose NES and all the games.  I couldn't say no.

Of course you couldn't say no! You'd have been thrown off the site if you did!

Anyway, I sure hope your Value Village is doing the stamp pass promotion, 'cuz that's pretty much a full set of stamps right there. Maybe more if the cashier finds you likeable. And I thought my NES haul from last week was a big deal.

Whelp, gotta prep for this morning's yard sale jag. Wish me luck and all that... not that I need it.

Dark Souls II Collectors Edition, plus the DSII CE guide. Didn't get the game until 3 days after the release date, but the CE packaging is pretty awesome. Glad I shelled out the extra money.

What I've gotten recently, including the Full Throttle I mentioned before:

I'm going to be doing a lot of pointing and clicking.

Also not pictured is a complete copy of Lego Island.
