Oh, there you are. I was worried sick when you didn't reply to my previous calculator score. You're all right, then?

I'm a little jealous of that copy of Terminator Zag. Its only of the last few I'm still on the prowl for.

A little yellow pinball-obsessed birdie told me all about your needs. We got some network goin' on here, don't we. ANYway, I tried it out on my aging Famiclone, and it works all right... only I didn't find it a particularly enjoyable experience. So I guess we could get some sort of deal going. You wouldn't happen to have a copy of Metal Storm hanging around in your store, would you?  Grin If so, you better hide it away before Michael of Engineering Fame stops by in a couple minutes...  Wink

So jealous. There are no Half Price Books or Savers in my entire state...

Two of the three Savers in my county are within a ten-minute drive of me, and a fourth one is being proposed close to my workplace.

The nearest Half-Price Books is halfway to Oakland, which is a bit further than I care to travel.

But what irks me is that there are no Play-N-Trades within 100 miles of my ZIP. What is THAT bullsh*t?!   grrr

*Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero - Sybex

While adding Mortal Kombat Sub Zero Guide into my database and putting in the current price..here is what I found...
http://www.amazon.com/s/r...ld-keywords=9780782122404

The only ones on eBay are the Prima and Brady versions...I grabbed the Sybex.

Making a note to make sure i own that... :-/
I'd like to know how many of them are selling at that insane price though Wink

Ok, I do feel a little better then. I have like 4 of those within 30 miles. I'll be making a trip out there in a week or two.

Greetings from Terra,

Snagged this from a co-worker today. For Faaareeeee. Just needs an AV cable which I already ordered from eBay. Bam!

Um... yeah... that's *YAWN* just great... mmmfff...

 sleeping

...Whoops, nodded off for a moment there. I dreamed that Segata Sanshiro was comin' at me with-- oh, never mind. Now where-- oh right, I went back to the second-closest Savers and found a few more things of note:

- CIB Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for GameCube
- Play Action Football, NBA All-Star Challenge, and Bonk's Adventure GB carts
- CIB LoZ Phantom Hourglass and Arkanoid for DS
- Cyborg Justice Genesis cart

I also took advantage of G*ameSt*p's Buy-1-Get-1-Half-Off deal on all $9.99-price-point Skylanders Swap Force figures, and grabbed Smolderdash and Dune Bug.

And finally, a rather curious pick-up:

After reading through this, I discovered that, at the time, 4Kids was involved in so much more than raping your childhood almost as badly as Rule 34. Some decent reading if you're curious about the business end of youth-centered mass entertainment and merch tie-in licensing.
