Hey now,
I hit the local Salvation Army after work yesterday. They were holding a Moonlight Madness sale where just about everything in stock was 50% off. Since I'd arrived late in the day, I wasn't too optimistic about finding anything I'd be interested in. Fortunately, I was in for a pleasant surprise:

Games & accessories for
$0.99
$0.50 each:
-
Star Soldier: Vanishing Earth
and
Fighting Force 64
N64 carts
-
Ariel the Little Mermaid
cart and case for Game Gear
- Super Game Boy adapter for SNES with dust cap
-
Kung Fu
cart and dust cover for NES
- Game Elements Universal Retracta-Cable accessory: allows me to play my PS2 with a Game Cube or XBox controller.
- Bootleg
30-in-1
Game Boy cart: not sure if this is Chinese or Japanese. My guess is the former. the word "Game" is embossed on the top of the cart.
Other stuff I picked up from the sale:
- Open-package Mad Catz Rumble Rod fishing pole controller for N64,
$1.99
$1.00
- CIB
Katamari Damacy
for PS2,
$1.99
$1.00
- CIB
Deus Ex: The Human Revolution
for 360,
$3.99
$2.00
A few other things i found around town:
- Prima
Star Wars Battlefront II
strategy guide, $1.99
- CIB
Board Game: Top Shop
for PS1, $2.99
And finally:

Nyko Blob Light for Game Boy Color / Pocket,
$2.49
$1.97: Yet another neat oddball accessory find.
Also discovered but not purchased at the local Savers: the Machine Empire portable gaming system!

Then there was this:

That's right, folks: the loss of his right arm and left hand has not deterred Sonic from competing in the Extreme Gear World Grand Prix races! Truly, an inspiration to us all...

I hope they make a Genesis black box variant to Fix It Felix. I'd buy it in a second

Where do you find those Fix It Felix Jr. games? I've seen them once or twice on here on NA but never can find them when I look, other than ROMs

Last weeks pick ups, not just a lot of video games (big Sega Mega Drive haul and the new Zelda 3DS XL) but also a lot of retro board games!

Quality over quantity last week:
Vay strategy guide, F/VF condition - $20 shipped
Lunar: Eternal Blue (Sega CD, CIB) with strategy guide, both in VG/NM condition - $90 shipped
Very happy to find Eternal Blue with the guide for such a good price. Been stalking those auctions on eBay for months now.

@ Bad Enough Dude Nice score on the Vay guide and def on the Lunar Guide & Game I am still waiting on the Guide myself. I do believe there is alternate artwork for the Manual for Eternal Blue Game..there is the glossy fancy artwork with raised lettering and the toned down one..which I am glad I got the Glossy edition..but maybe I am wrong...I just remember seeing it some where but maybe it was for Lunar 1.
Now onto my brother's scores today. We were getting cabin fever sitting in the house because it is fridged cold here. So we hit Goodbytes and a couple Thrift Stores.
*GoodyBytes
-Tropico - $1.99 Brand New
-All the Microsoft Software $0.99 a piece
*7 Day Market
-Raiders of the Lost Ark - CIB - with what I guess is called the Sears Lettering Label on the cart - $9.00
-Microsoft Golf - $1.00
*Thrift World
We got some really nice old school PC Games
-Goofy's Railway Express - $2.00 (Never seen or heard of this game but it's to have a counterpart to the Chip N' Dale Game I have Disney wise)
-Clue Master Detective - $2.00
-Star Wars X-Wing - 3.5 Floppy Edition - $3.00
ALL are CIB

@GamerNick - Yep, mine is the embossed cover with the foil lettering. I'm actually not sure if they did a "flat" version of this manual or not. I know for sure that they did with Silver Star Story. I made sure to get the better versions of both games.
I also somehow left out the biggest of last weeks scores: a PlayStation 4. Lucky enough to get a launch day console from Amazon. Not a lot of games I want right now - so far, only bought NBA 2K14 - but looking forward to what's coming after the new year. Very impressed with the system so far.

I know I've been quiet for a bit, but things are about to get loud. Big box from Crabby showed up today.

I was expecting all of them except Adventures of Lolo, quite an awesome "throw in"
And now...for the crown jewel of the Crabby shipment...
That's right
A complete copy of

Black for Xbox.
Also, Contra Force.

Now you see why I have been quiet lately. I'm kind of Crabby's man servant for a little while. Also picked up an Xbox One

And I'm pretty sure I chose the right movie to break the Blu Ray seal.

Next Gen is officially here.

Just found another Crabby surprise. He knows that I'm a big New York Rangers fan so he gave me a New York Rangers Wii Remote decal, you know, the kind that changes when you look at it from different angles.

And then, in case I decide to be a fan of every other NHL team, he sent me decals for the rest of the NHL.

There's a guy on NA that is making them. There was a chance to get in in the summer, and if there are any copies unaccounted for after everyone is done, they may get opened up for sale to others.
@Bil: Wow, it looks like my co-hosts have been working well together!

I see what you did with that Roadhouse clip Bil. Nice! Great scores, from Crabby. That might just be the Baseball Stars II I sent him a few months ago.
If so, glad it went to a good home.

Picked up some gba multicarts on a whim. I hear these things are common in flea markets and whatnot but where I come from we dont really have flea markets or swap meets.

Dbz on mega drive and chrono trigger. Chrono trigger will be for sale in a couple months after I beat it. So keep your eyes peeled in the sales thread

Also picked up a couple jp only sufami carts. Action pachio is a platformer where you play as a coconut haha. Armored police metal jack is a beatem up by atlus based on some anime from the 90's ive never heard of. And the multicart has turtles in time, aladdin, bust a move, final fight 2, top gear 2, galaxy wars and international superstar soccer
