@Sauza, what is the goal or point of the Pods game, never seen or heard of that before?
It's kind of like Simon, but you don't actually touch the pods. Each one of them can tell how high you hover your hand over them so you have to match the pattern like Simon, but you also have to match whether it was high or low as well.
I'm totally jealous of Leisure Suit Larry by the way. Those are my most sought after games right now.

Weird, and Cool because it is Sega. The Leisure Suit Larry is for Sale/Trade if you want it.

Hey everyone. Engel and I did some browsing today and I picked up a couple of things and Engel and I traded for a few things. I picked up some pretty cool stuff but he picked up some good stuff as well. First off we started at HPB, then to Gamers #1, then to Gamers #2, and Gamers #3, then off to Ben's Game Zone. So here is the rundown and a couple of pictures.
*HPB
-Halo: Fall of Reach Paperback
-Mortal Kombat Comic Book
*Gamers -
-Solomon's Key - 5-Screw
-Duke Nukem Forever Strategy Guide - I Have a sealed Balls of Steel Edition but I don't want to open it so I got the paperback edition
-Boogerman - Box & Manual
-Fatal Fury 2 - Box & Manual
-Shaq Fu - Box & Manual
-Wetrix - Box & Manual
-Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - Box & Manual
-MTV's Beavis & Butthead - Box & Manual
-True Lies Box & Manual
-Top Gear 2 - SNES Manual - This was inside one of the other boxed SNES games I got so BONUS.
*Ben's
-World of Illusion - Genesis - CIB
-Madden NFL 2002 - N64 - CIB
-Star Wars Episode 1 Racer - N64 - CIB - NOW all I need is a CIB Star Wars Battle For Naboo (any help?)
-Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles

Let's see...
Divinity II and Sacred 2 from VGFive.
Atelier Iris 3 Art Book from our very own
Addicted
. Thanks man!
Xenosaga III, which completes my "xeno" subset, and Puzzle Fighter II Turbo from
Silver80
.
Lastly I got a handful of Skylanders from the coworker who had sold me the game, portal, and Trigger Happy earlier in the year. Being that I have six of the eight elements now I started playing the game this morning and I love it. I would love to get my hands on a Fire and a Life figure to have all eight elements if any of you Skylanders nuts out there wants to hook me up!

Hey now,

I picked up a second player who is already showing signs in wanting to be player one in our household:

I can tell just by looking at him that he'll be nothing but trouble as he grows up. I highly recommend-- nay, I
insist
that you enroll him in reform school as soon as he hits kindergarten.
Or, even better, you could make a few bucks off of the deal. Ever heard of white slavery?
Okay, time to get serious... or as serious as I'm capable of being. Here are my pickups over the last several days:

Starship Troopers
mixed in. And of course there's the whole grizzled-space-marine deal that we've seen since

Metroid Prime 2 and Contra: Shattered Soldier are from VGFive. The rest are all from assorted ebay listings. I was hoping to throw a couple more games in with these, but they haven't gotten here yet. Oh well, guess they'll just get lumped in with my next scores post!

Here is the post I was alluding to earlier. I grabbed waaaaaay more stuff than I'm going to post pictures for so here are just a small sampling of some of my favorites.
Got a new system to explore with my new Power Base Converter. Really excited to play try some of the 3D games with these glasses.

Got a few bumps to my Atlas collection. Crusaders of Centy being a big one and Persona being one of my most wanted ones. Also been curious about Go Go Hypergrind for a very long time so I can't wait to check it out.

Ignore all those crappy loose SNES RPGs I posted last time. I replaced most of them with beautiful CIB copies as well as a few new additions.

My Genesis collection got a big shot in the arm over the last week, here are a few highlights. And I was a bit sad to see a copy of King's Quest on the SMS pass through the store a little while ago so I had to grab this copy.

And lastly I got a few amazing Saturn games in my collection now and a Sega CD game that I've been wanting to try for years. Its going to be a blast getting some 10 player Saturn Bomberman going soon

Hey now!
Just got back from a thrift crawl, and dug up the following:

- CIB
KotOR II
, $4.99
- CIB
Mega Man Anniversary Collection
(PS2), $1.95
- CIB
Kindom Under Fire: Heroes
(XBox), $0.95
- Sealed
Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice
(PSP), $1.95
- Official XBox Magazine back issue, $0.29
- The Prima
Shadow the Hedgehog
strategy guide I ordered came in.
- 2011 Guinness Book Gamer Edition, $2.19: Pictured in my previous small score post, but not mentioned.
Then there was this:

And yes, I did get it for $0.50 plus tax. But before you get all freaked out, here's a look at Disc 1:

Yep... it's a DDR disc. But everything else was there and in great condition, and I figured it was worth it anyway.
Finally, there's this:

Boxed
Barcode Battler
gaming system, $4.99: I love it when I find oddball stuff like this. At first I thought it was some sort of Sega Genesis/Mega Drive accessory, seeing as how the game unit resembled a Genesis cartridge. Instead, I discovered an interesting ancestor of the GBA e-reader. This CCG RPG from the early '90s features Hero cards, Monster cards for the heroes to fight against, and Item cards. According to the manual, you can even use UPCs from just about any item; however, the game unit decides which classification each UPC belongs to. All in all, this looks like it'll be fun to mess around with...

I just sold my LOOSE copy of Madden Championship Edition for $100. It's far from the weak link in that lot.

^ I searched your Youtube channel (at least I think it was your channel) and couldn't find the unboxing video.
I actually really like the NES Elm Street game. I think it gets an undeserved bad rap mostly due to the AVGN review and the fact that it has the LJN logo on the front.

Sorry it's up now. I had to leave my computer while I went to work for it to load. And I posted this before it finished. It's def up now though.
Thanks crabby. Trying to hunt down a Jason figure to match.
