Tales of Xillia LE (brand new) and Persona 2 are from VGFive.
Manhunt 2 is from Goozex.
Time and Eternity (with OST) I got in a trade for a shitty guitar that I forgot I even had.

Got a package from nupoile yesterday evening.
OH CRUD! I didn't mean to send this out! I meant to send out Madden 2004!
This was my most prized piece in my collection, bombatomba, if you ever sell this, please be a gentleman and think of me when you are speaking with your financial adviser and deciding what to do with the profits :'(
bomba did send me this though:

Weird how we sent things to each other at the same time.....how did that happen I wonder?
I've always wanted to play Baldur's Gate, I was even planning on buying it on Android if they ever get it out
http://www.baldursgate.com/
Until this arrived I had no idea it took up 5 CD's. Must be a big game....
Mr. bombatomba is a great guy, I'm really happy to get this.
Completely unrelated, I found this at a thrift store for 99 cents:

Never heard of it or the developer before. Neither has RFG's database, or the one at that other site that sorta sounds like Noby Aims.
Rebel Planet Creations
http://www.therebelplanet.com/
makes, or made - are they still in business? - the game sort of looks like a Ocarina of Time kinda game. Puzzle solving, some platforming, swords and shields and action and adventures.
The trailer for it doesn't look too bad:
I'm well aware of the irony of posting an obviously Christian game as well as Baldur's Gate in the same post

Really excited for this game because I missed out on the original Game Cube release.

Been a while, I did pick up some other stuff a while back but I paid full price so I don't count it for this thread.
Anyways, heres some recent grabs that were pretty good deals.

The beatmania controller was picked up seperate of the rest of the group at a thrift store for a whole $7.99. Didn't think one would ever show up around here.
The rest of the group was picked up at a local store for about $2 a piece.

And that is why I love the PC. There is just so much stuff out there that you could walk around a thrift store and be surprised with what you find.
Nice find! The game looks pretty interesting (good Zelda analogy, I think) and is listed for $25 on the companies website. What are the odds?

Ok so I posted a pic on my Instagram and one of my friends commented on it saying he was cleaning out his apartment and had some stuff. Asked what it was worth. We settled on $60 and I had to drive from CT to Manhattan after work. Ughhh lol it was a 3 hr drive total and $17 in tolls plus gas. The minute i did get there and park a really cute stopped and if that was my car. Her phone just died so she couldn't take a pic ha. Then on the way home I did hit a giant rock on the highway coming home :0(
So what did I get and was it worth it?

Got a NES,N64,Sega Model 1 it is the high definition one or something like that. Lol
All the controllers and plugs. A acclaim wireless NES remote. The power glove. Nes zapper. Handful of games and a bunch of manuals. As well as a factory sealed 1080 for N64.
I put that up on eBay as well as a Zapper manual, and silver surfer.
Going to have to update my sale thread with some of these items now ha.

Way to go, Russ! That is a nice haul for the price.
Not sure if anyone else got in on the Walmart.com screw up this morning, but I did!
These were $19 each, and grabbed one for a buddy:

P.S. I don't see a standard edition of Saints Row IV in the database. I'm guessing it just hasn't been added yet?

Picked up a little Atari 400 lot from eBay, diving into a whole new (to me) system is always fun! Should have another goody along these lines in the next day or two to post about.

Picked up Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood, and Revelations a couple weeks ago. Haven't played any of the series beyond the first one, and figured I may as well get caught up. There was some buy one get one deal at GameStop on pre-owned AC titles, so I figured the hell with it and got these three.
Wild Arms 3 and 4, Tales of the Abyss and Radiata Stories I picked up at CD Tradepost, blew a bunch of in-store credit on them, so weeeeee.

Nice, dude! Glad they gave you the price on an obvious mistake.

Made some pawn shop rounds today and actually ran into some decent stuff!
Kirby was $10, Jet Force Gemini was $5, and the rest were $3 each.
Kirby is absolutely immaculate, Everything in it looks brand new.

Thanks duke. Already sold the power glove with the sensor for $40 to a friend and the N64 1080 is on eBay so should pay for the whole haul. I will be painting this system soon as well. Pics and video to follow.
That's a good find for a pawn shop. I never find anything in ones near me. Or priced way to high so I just stop checking.

Hey now!!!
Get a load of these:

-
Skylanders Swap Force
Lightcore Flashwing and Legendary Zoo Lou figures
- CIB
Pokemon Channel
, $1.99: Even includes the e-reader cards.
- CIB
Metroid Prime 2: Corruption
, $1.99
- CIB
X-Men Legends II
for PSP, $3.99
- Sealed Donkey Kong Burger King barrel toy thingy,
$0.89
$0.70
- CIB
New Super Luigi
Bros.
U
, $15.99: Aside from the torn wrapping, this Target-salvage find is brandy new.

- Loose glacier GBA, $3.99
- CIB
Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy
for XBox, $1.95
- CIB Ultra Sensor Bar for Wii / Wii U, $6.29
- Sealed Halo mystery avatar figure, $0.89
-
3D Dot Game Heroes
(no manual) for PS3,
$9.95
$8.95: Been wanting to check this out ever since it was released. Only problem was, I didn't have a PS3 at the time...
Aaaaaand the big find: for $9.99, I picked up a Game Boy Pocket with carry case, car adapter,
Pokemon Yellow Special Monica Edition
cart,
Pokemon Pinball
cart with manual, and the following manuals:
-
Pokemon Red
and
Blue
Trainer's Guides
-
4-In-1 Fun Pak
Vols. I & II
-
Animaniacs
- Disney's Hercules
- Marble Madness
- LoZ Link's Awakening DX
- Tetris Attack
- Nintendo Power
subscription card
The Goodwill I picked this up from was selling several of the carts that the manuals went to separately, at $3.99 a pop. Sadly, none of them were
Pokemon Red, Pokemon Blue
, or
Links' Awakening
. Oh well, you can't win 'em all.
Oh, and I even found a few interesting games that aren't of the vidya variety:

- Sealed SPI
The Games of Middle Earth
Set: I managed to snag this off the rolling bin before it made it onto the shelf. Seeing as I'm getting ready to tackle the
Lord of the Rings
series for the first time ever, this is a most timely pick-up. Sadly, even though it's still sealed, the lower right corner of the box is almost shredded from over three decades of rubbing wear...
- CIB
Geek Wars: Battle for the Con
RPG Gamer starter deck: another oddball find I was compelled to buy. As far as I know, the
Geek Wars
CCG series never made it beyond this release.
All right, guys, back to you.

Well I had quite a day today. First I got all these strategy guides from a coworker (I already have the SMA4:SMB3 one. If anyone needs it, pm me):

Then I got the following stuff in the mail, completing what may be the best trade I've ever done. I got this from an internet friend who goes on other sites by the name DisposedHero (I'm working on getting him to join RFGen). I sent him a nice SMS starter collection I've been trying to get rid of, expecting only the .Hacks in return. After looking at my wants list, he added the other three games. This completes for me the original .Hack series, the Fatal Frame trilogy, every SMT PS2 game, and now I have only one "Xeno" game left to hunt down. Awesome, awesome trade, I love it.
