Hey now,
Another week, another smattering of scores:

- Super NES with 2 controllers, AV & power cables,
Super Mario World
cart, and an N64 controller pak: My best friend and I were walking with a small group through a local neighborhood, when we happened upon a yard sale that had this. The lady holding the sale asked $10 for it, and I accepted... but I didn't have any cash on me, so I bummed it from my friend. Only problem was, he had just $8 on him. Fortunately, the seller accepted, and now I owe my main man two Starbucks venti frappuccinos for helping me out.
- BradyGames
Resident EVil 4
guide, $2.99: Crabs, if you ever feel like borrowing this some time, just let me know.
- CIB
GOldenEye
for Wii, $5.99: I've heard that this is a somewhat disappointing remake of the original N64 classic. I'll find out soon enough.
- Hip Gear hard GBA SP storage case with stereo speakers, $3.99: more oddball accessories I took a liking to.
- CIB Nintendo Mini-Classic
Fire!
,
Parachute
, and
Donkey Kong Junior
LCD keychain games, $3.49 each: two of 'em still have the TRU price tags on. BTW I'm still on the fence over whther or not I should open these bad boys up and play 'em...
- Hard drive I harvested from a non-functioning PS3

- CIB PS2 Games, $1.95 each:
-
Drakengard
- Manhunt 2
- Crazy Taxi
- Army Men: Green Rogue
- Crash of the Titans
: I enjoyed the DS version of this game, so I figured I'd give this version a go.
- CIB
Frantix
for PSP, $1.95
- CIB
Super Mario Sunshine
, $0.95: Hey Bil, I'll give you a special bottomless-money-pit-on-the-way-- errr, I mean a precious-bundle-of-joy-on-the-way discount for this one. Just PM me, and we'll talk turkey...

Congrats Bil. I watch the YouTube video he made too. Awesome.
Sorry I haven't posted my scores in a bit. I have been busy juggling three jobs now. Ha. So on the way to work at the video game store I swung in Goodwill and bammmmmm

Scored all these for $20. There were more but I left them for someone else. I did ended up trading these in when I got to work. I got $60 store credit. Which I used today to get

Jak & Daxter the lost frontier. Mario&Luigi Bowsers inside story. Werewolf for NES. And Super Princess Peach for Ds
I got Gold medal challenge from Addicted on here. Another down for my Capcom collection.
I have $20 left on credit.
I also picked this up a few weeks back

It's a knock off I got for $22 shipped. Best part is it has a back lite screen

You should play Grandia II. I'm sure bil's too busy to enjoy the disc I sent him but I got my enjoyment out of it. It's amazing. I guess if worse comes to worse I still have the inferior ps2 port.
Edit: And Skies. I'm not selling or trading my complete copy, that's my DC grail for now.

I've got one of these opened, and one sealed. I'd say leave them sealed. The games are interesting, but they're no Game & Watch.
Nice grabs there, Russ. The GBC knock-off looks pretty good, and the price is definitely nice.
Also glad to hear more Skies of Arcadia love. Good man, Psycho.

I already have a loose DK Jr. mini classics unit, so no troubles there. It's just that I usually buy games with the intent of playing them, and not just put 'em on display for people to gawk at in slack-jawed ecstasy. But these look so awesome in their original, close-to-pristine packaging, opening them up would be almost as criminal as repainting a wavebird controller.
Speaking of which:

Oh, so a GBA SP-- a legitimate one, that is-- wasn't good enough for you, huh? God, first the wavebird thing, and now this. Where does it end with your criminal activities? One wonders how you can even sleep at night...
But I digress. I did a morning thrift crawl on my day off and snagged the following swag.

I think i got 30 bucks for my sealed Fire keychain.
There were multiple releases too. Something the crazy Nintendo collectors apparently are not aware of.
The
Fire!
one has two releases in the database; fortunately, I possess the original release.
Speaking of multiple releases: I also have three loose ones with Mentor Graphics logos on the back, and a URL on the front, right above the screen.

I've been trying to dig up some info on these, with little success. Were these promotional giveaways at a trade show, or employee prizes? Were they packaged, or were they distributed loose? I'd love to add these to the database as variants, but they don't have product codes printed on 'em. And as I recall, I need either UPCs or product codes to submit 'em.

Nah, I'm keepin' 'em. Besides, I have other stuff to resell...

Gotta make you jealous every once in a while. And since the 49ers aren't cutting it in that department
, my HP calc pickups are the next-best thing.

I've been adding to my PSP collection of 1 recently and have had a good week bringing stuff in. It seems that titles can be had for pretty cheap right now......when you can find them, and it's a good time to buy. I have purchased the following this week all CIB:
Bubble Bobble Evolution
Every Extend Extra
Exit
LocoRoco 2
MediEvil: Resurrection
Monster Hunter Freedom 2
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
PANGYA: Fantasy Golf
Patapon
PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe
R-Type Command
Smart Bomb
Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron
Ultimate Ghosts 'N Goblins
Also grabbed a copy of Fragile Dreams today at GameStop for the playthrough.
