My friend picked up a large multi-console Japanese lot with tons of rare games in it a few weeks ago and among it was Moon Crystal for the Famicom. He kept this for his collection of course, but decided to sell me his repro English copy for $20.  Looks like a very interesting and fun game.

Very nice. Moon Crystal is a pretty decent game.

Got a cardboard-box copy of Contra: Hard Corps in REALLY great condition off eBay. Got a solid deal on it, too - $45.

It's really amazing how cheaply the late-run Sega games were made Faded colors, cheap plastic, thin cardboard. I have reproduction games that are of higher quality.

Yeah, Fleach, there are a bunch of pretty cool custom covers all free at the cover project.  Useful for making a temporary or permanent home for loose discs or carts that you don't have the original cases for...yet;)

I'm considering getting those and universal game cases for loose SNES games. I like those covers.

Hey everyone.  Well decided to clean house got rid of stuff that was sitting around and not selling.  Traded it all for cash at a store that I enjoy going to very much and we do a lot of business together.  STILL have a quite a bit for sale in the sales thread and added some stuff also lowered Fallout 3 Survival Edition and Guide's price considerably.

BUT today we went on a little shopping spree with the money we got in trades and sold some stuff as well before I took it all in.  Got some packages in the mail from eBay and a package from our very own FibroFreak as part of a trade we did.  Then we went to our local store today as I put some stuff on hold to get today and well he got in some other stuff that was pretty sweet and we picked them up as well.  SO overall a great day!!! And thanks again to those who have been purchasing from my brother and I it is very much appreciated.

Here is the rundown and some great pictures!!

From eBay -
*Super Mario 3 Mint CIB - Challenge Set NFR for the Box I am getting from Techie (Thanks again!) - $35.00
*Pro Yakyuu Family Stadium 87 / RBI Baseball 2 - CIB -  $9.00

*Trade with Fibro - Prince of Persia Complete in Box - $Trade$

Local Store -
*Gotcha - CIB - $5.00
*Home Alone 2 - BRAND NEW SEALED MINT - $30.00
*Star Trek 25th Anniversary Edition - BRAND NEW SEALED MINT - $25.00
*Phantasy Star Online III - CIB with Strategy Guide - $20.00
AND HERE'S The Kicker -
*Beat'em and Eat'em - $30.00 - in original case with Manual mint
*Custer's Revenge - $30.00 - in original case with Manual mint

Ha! I have those Mystique games as well. Both are fairly humorous and pretty funny to pop in when you have company (though you have to be selective). I got these two and Bachelor Party from my wife for Father's Day a few years ago (not for the deal you got, I assure you). She has a great sense of humor.  Great find. Hope you had to show your ID. ouch. You bought them? Are you sure the guy you bought them from made them himself and didn't just print them from thecoverproject.net like the majority of shady eBay sellers advertising "custom case replacements" ?

...I'm talking to someone about a rare console. I'll let you guys know if it pans out. In the mean time, I won a Madden NFL 25 Under Armor jacket at work (and immediately started receiving offers for it. HA!)

I have literally never had good finds at thrift stores, to the point where I rarely even go to them anymore. Something caught my eye tonight, though...

I've never actually had one of these! I hope it's not painfully overpriced...

Holy crap! Once I get it home I'll have to throw a game in there to make sure it works....

Awwww yeah!
