You mentioned that you saw some PSX titles and what looked to be crappy sports titles.

That was for a different lot, and the PSX titles sucked too.

There are quite a few games I still need at reasonable prices. Just dont come across them ever.
No worries Crabman, I'm sure you'll be seeing some rarer/more uncommon games and filling in that collection quite soon.
Though I'm not primarily seeking out unlicensed NES titles (for now....), when I come across them, I'll often pick them up. I received "
Tiles of Fate
" and "
Deathbots
" in the mail yesterday from our good ole colleague GamerNick. Thanks pal.
And yes....... I drove 3 hours round-trip after work yesterday and picked up that Jungle Lord pinball machine. Looks super sweet!
Your very welcome!!! Wish I had more Unlicensed titles you need ;-) Sweet looking forward to reading about your new pinball venture...nothing beats a 3 hour drive to get something you enjoy....as I like to do when I go to Kansas City - Gamers Paradise.

Hey Everyone!~ I received a package today titled "From A Fellow Gamer Friend" ---I bet someone my mom works with that knows I collect stuff. SO today I spent $0.00 and got 4 NES Games - and traded some movies and some disc only games for Heimdall at Ben's Game Zone. AH today is a good day and well surprises are always nice as well. I also want to personally thank those who have been buying from me you guys are truly amazing and I hope you continue to buy from me and spread the word of my thread. So without further ado here is the list of goodies I was given today and traded for.
EDIT - Found out who the mysterious friend is...well long story short when I was 16 years old my friend got in a car accident and needed blood we had the same blood type and if he didn't get the blood he needed he would of died and well now he is alive and well and works as a male nurse at the hospital my mom works at...him and I lost touch over the years and well my mom told him I like to collect games and he went to a local store picked up stuff knew I liked NES as we used to play his all the time (which I guess he is bringing that stuff from his moms place if he can find it to give to me as well)...and well since he did have his spleen removed no beers for him but I am more than willing to get in touch with him again as I don't except anything for saving someones life.
-From A Mysterious Friend
*All-Pro Basketball - BRAND NEW MINT
*Captain Planet & The Planeteers - Very Mint Almost like new has everything (My OTHER CIB will be going into FS/FT for anyone who wants to Make an Offer Let me know)
*Phantom Fighter - BRAND NEW MINT - My OTHER CIB Will be going in to the FS/FT Thread
*Solar Jetman - BRAND NEW MINT
Ben's Game Zone - Heimdall - MINT
SO a few more nice titles to add to my growing Sealed NES collection WOW I have never ever dreamed of owning so many sealed NES titles or even CIB's ---can't wait to get more in September ;-)
Here are some lovely pictures -

i was worried i was overpaying on these, but it looks like i paid just about the right price on Ikaruga (when i consider shipping to canada), and underpaid on the rest. all CIB:
Super Paper Mario - $15
Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Collector's Edition - $20
Ikaruga - $40

a game store i didn't know existed until recently had it. they had a ton of special editions in their display cabinet, the only other call of duty one i noticed was the black ops hardened edition though. i would have preferred to get this for PC, but i already have a regular edition for PC, so i'm fine with having this in any form.
this place had great selection, but some of their prices seemed a bit high. they had a lot of CIB n64 games, but i didn't see a single one for less than $20, including sports games, so i passed on those until i could compare prices with ebay at least.

Lots of purdy stuff there, guys. Glad to see more Dragon's Leap getting out there.
Seeing that Captain Planet takes me back. Ugh, superheroes with mullets.

Well, since a small glitch on my iPod requires that I "restore" to default and hope that I get everything back, It's a good time to post my pick-ups. Must have ready for tomorrow's ride. Reason to loathe Apple products #... uh, I forget.

Hastings had a CIB Ryu Street Fighter Anniversary PS2 controller to set next to my Chun Li. Sweet!!
Chibi Robo was a nice $5 thrift store snag.
At the only pawn shop I enjoy visiting, I found a Zelda Four Swords GBA (FS/FT) and a Pokemon Fire Red clone. Talk about rarity! I wonder how many of those knock-offs they made - like only a couple thousand! AND when I asked how much the Super Mario Bros. Wii was in the cardboard sleeve, I was told that I could have it for $1. Yeah, I guess that's a good deal...Thank you.

Still sorting through stuff I got from a buddy, all these are boxes only except the Telstar Ranger. That's CIB. If you need cardboard, a trade may be made.
From an eBay store that I frequent:

WWF Attitude is CIB, some cases/boxes, and a couple of wanted carts.
Another eBay item that I've been staring at for months, then the seller halfed the price:

When I was growing up, my bedroom was lined with Griffey stuff (and Guns n Roses - thanks Axl, you ass hat!). Junior is a guaranteed 1st ballot HOFer and, besides Jim Thome which I also have the utmost respect, the only recent 600 HR Club member not tainted by a steroid scandal. Frank Thomas is also a sports hero in my eyes because of his character in that era. He could possibly have been THE "bigger" guy that led many other players to cheat to compete. Yeah, baseball sucks now.
From CDWorld. The Double Dragon is a keeper, but the others are available FS/FT:

And Craigslist loved me again this week:

Gamecube lot for $10.

Gameboy Micro also $10 FS/FT. Some minor damage to face, but works. And you all know where for the Dragon Leap came.

Welcome back Fokakis!
I normally complain about the garage sales in my area, but today I was very lucky.

The DS and games were $18 and the PS2 lot was $35. Everything is going Crabby's way, but I think I'll keep the DS.
