Like so many others, i could not resist the actual low psp-game-prices: 30 $ for the 7 games (the 4 above i consider instant classics). Bought the 2 UMD-movies for trying, because i never watched film on my psp before.

And for the PS1 games: man, after all these years- DUNE is still an awesome game, the graphics don't matter that much...just only to hear the lady say "CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE" makes me smile.

Got these 360 games from ZAVI "Manic Monday Sell" in the UK, which are nearly much cheaper all the time than in Germany, and for the GBA the  little X-COM-brother: "Rebelstar".

The usual fix of BBall-games and the SEGA DC mouse that came with "Outrigger", to use it and enjoy with Railroad Tycoon II...but these analog mouses just don't work for me anymore...so laggy  Angry

That's a great deal on PSP games. I wish someone around me would run a sale like that.

Hi eric! Nice to see you in the forums.

UMD movies on the PSP I own run nicely, but the battery life leaves something to be desired and the speakers were too quiet (headphones were fine).
Nice pickup on Cowboy Bebop and the PSP titles - is LocoRoco 2 a Software Pyramide release? They're usually indicated by the oversized ratings logo.

The A-10, a plane built around a gun which fires depleted uranium 30mm bullets at 70 rounds per second.

The HP48G, a calculator built with gold and awesomeness.

You are living the dream my friend, living the dream.

Seriously though, did you know the gun on the A-10 is so powerful it can make the plane fly backwards while being fired?

All I know is that THIS BAD BOY SERIOUSLY FUCKS SHIT UP!!! AND THAT'S ALL I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT, BITCH!!!

Hey, speaking of Bad Boys:

The greatest Go-Bot ever... obviously.

FACE-ROASTING FLAMETHROWER ARMS FOR THE WIN! HELL YEAH!!!

Quote
And just so you know, if the interface of those TI calculators you're used to is like using Windows, the HP interface is like using DOS. Might take some getting used to.

Tell me about it. I have no idea how to navigate this thing Gonna have to dig up some online resources to figure it out.

And who is this "calculator enthusiast?"   Tongue

Some douchenozzle living out in the Pacific Northwest somewhere. He's also on RF Generation, unfortunately. His avatar is a sketch of him doing the zombie-with-outstretched-arms thing. I mean, really, zombies? How cliche can you get? Hell, it's so cliche, it's cliche for me to complain about how cliche it is. You know anybody with an ava like that has to be a real dickweed. Probably likes Pokemon, too, the sicko. I feel kinda bad for RetroRage, having to live near that.

But I digress. Picked up a couple things at the Goodwill near work for $3.99 a pop:

- CIB Neo Contra for PS2

- CIB Spyro Collector's Edition for PS1: Now I just need to find an orphaned slipcase for this, and my Collector's Edition set will truly be complete.

All right, back to you guys.

Actually, I didn't find that. In my sudden surge of A-10 fanboyishness, I remembered that they made an A-10 GoBot, dug up that pic from somewhere, and threw it onto the post, just for the hell of it.

But yeah, I had that one too. I'll probably be on the hunt for another one now...

u r right, with the headphones it's nice... enough to get a great racing feeling with ridge racer, which won't normaly work for racing games played on little screens.

For the Sofware Pyramide i really don't know - never noticed this difference with the Logo before... but thanks, now i'll pay more attention to this next time i climb a pyramide Wink

it's a homebrew platformer, you're a dragon that fell into a cave full of ancient ruins and you have to find your way out of it's mazes. i tried the first level so far and it seems pretty fun, i like it! pretty simple overall but it plays well.

^Nice Grab Tech still thinking about adding that to my growing list of Homebrews. Licensed first for me but if I grab some brew's along the way this all good as well.

There are quite a few games I still need at reasonable prices. Just dont come across them ever.

No worries Crabman, I'm sure you'll be seeing some rarer/more uncommon games and filling in that collection quite soon. Smiley

Though I'm not primarily seeking out unlicensed NES titles (for now....), when I come across them, I'll often pick them up. I received "Tiles of Fate" and "Deathbots" in the mail yesterday from our good ole colleague GamerNick. Thanks pal.  Grin

And yes....... I drove 3 hours round-trip after work yesterday and picked up that Jungle Lord pinball machine. Looks super sweet!
