Hey everyone Day 2 of shopping tomorrow is hopefully a bigger day but don't know how much I will be buying as I have some other stuff in the works! BUT Will see but today was a pretty good day not as exciting as yesterday with all of that lovely goodness...Today my brother and I hit up CD Tradepost in Bellevue which is closing and hit up there 55% off sale on everything...only bought games nothing special.  Then we went to Game Vault his prices are a little high but I couldn't pass on somethings and I am planning on going back tomorrow to MAYBE get some other games.

Here's the Rundown and the Pictures:

CD Tradepost - Stop 1:
*Speed Punks PS1 - $5.85
*Fighting Force 2 - Dreamcast - $2.25
*MDK 2 - Dreamcast - $5.40
*Trickstyle - Dreamcast - $2.25
*Mechassault Xbox - $0.90
*Top Gun Combat Zones - Gamecube - $2.25

OKAY since I was the last one to post I decided to add on to what I previously posted on haha...was bored so went back out to a couple of places in town and well my brother wanted to go to Best Buy and well I got pulled into something....

Best Buy - The Thing I got Pulled into was Batman The Dark Knight Trilogy Set...which was only $80.00 SO I nabbed it as the guy at best buy told me all of the stores in the company only got between 1 and 2 of them..as they are limited edition number to I think like 125,000 or so..my mine is in the 25,000 range so I was like yoink!

Then we went to CD Tradepost in our town and I grabbed a few things for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale...sorry Beardcore (Cody) I nabbed Zero.

*CD Tradepost -
Zero: The Kamikaze Squirrel - $44.00
ANimal Crossing - CIB - FREE
True Crime New York City Limited Edition - CIB - $9.00

I was surprised a couple of days ago when this arrived in my P.O. box, courtesy of one Techie413:

Techie contacted me a while back about sending me a CD key for my copy of C&C: Yuri's Revenge, that he'd found.  Of course, I said yeah, and never expected what he actually sent me:

Thanks so much for this, Techie.  This is completely awesome and extremely appreciated.  Grin  I will be sending you a physical thank you of some sort in the near future, whether you like it or not, so keep an eye out.  Wink

I don't usually spend a decent amount for a single retro game, i'm still in the cheap ass phase of collecting. But this was one I was unlikely to see locally again complete in box.

Picked this up today at a local game shop for $40

I was a bit bummed about the manual missing the cover, but as I was checking my game collection list I noticed I had a manual for the Ninja Gaiden III I had bought before.

Thankfully it is in very good condition.  Grin

Might get around to posting a more thorough scores list, been picking up things here and there over the last month I haven't posted.   Couple highlights though Cheesy
Finally snagged a boxed NES Action Set, complete with poster and warranty papers, just missing the actual system manual :/

And a little somethin' somethin' from my good friend GamerNick.   This completes my US Legend of Zelda stuff, short of those dreaded CD-I games, which I refuse to touch with a ten foot pole.  The little card pack was a freebie from Ben at Ben's Game Zone when we were shopping there.  Go go LoZ stuff!

Havn't posted any scores in a while. Here is what I've been grabbing throughout September though.

I already had Deathsmiles, but now I've got a sealed one with the faceplate Smiley. The rest of just RE stuff I didn't have yet.

NES games I still needed for my collection. Last Ninja and Best of the Best both came from Duke.Togo! Not pictured is also a copy of GI Joe.

Been snapping up some Atlus stuff that comes into the store lately. Devil Summoner and Cursed Crusade are both sealed.

Zelda is a nice CIB, but the rest are just IBs that I still needed.

A few GCN gems and some TMNT games I didn't have yet

Little bit of paper. FFIX artbook came from Bil

I used to play the crap out of Gauntlet Legends. In terms of time I've spent on the cabinet its probably second to Hydro Thunder. There were always people wanting to play as a group at the old arcade.

[...]

Thanks again Zag!!!

Are you gonna ransom Engel's portion of the shipment with a "finder's fee?"  evilhappy

Today I hit a few yard sales, a rummage sale at my alma mater, and some thrifts.

- CIB Kirby Air Ride (Player's Choice) and Sonic Riders (no manual) for GC, $2.00 each
- CIB Magnetica and Wario: Master of Disguise DS games, $2.00 each
- CIB Japanese DS Web Browser, $3.99
- Mattel COmputer Chess unit with manual, $2.99
- Prey, SOCOM U.S. Navy Seals, and Stuntman Ignition guides, $0.25 each
- Packaged black Nerf Armor & stylus combo (no stylus) for DS Lite, $3.49
- Shadow the Hedgehog LCD mini-game thingy, Knuckles-on-a-cloud thingy, and Street Fighter IV Ryu headband, $0.25 each
- GamePro back ish, $0.29
- CIB Disney InfINity starter set for Wii U, $29.99: This time I made freakin'-a sure I had the right game with the rest of the set. Now I'm debating whether I should keep this one and sell the 360 version I have, or vice versa...

Some notable non-game garage sale pickups for today:

- Fisher-Price Optimus Prime toy, $1.00
- TI BA-II Plus calculator, $1.99: Another thanks to nupoile for opening me up to the world of business calculators.
- A-10 mini plane and Taco Bell buttons, $0.25 for both: Totally 80s/90s, when my love of the 'Bell was at its height.
- Suze Orman financial helper package thingy, $5.00: I bought this just for the case. I figure I can reconfigure it for a particular console. When I opened it up, the purple part screamed, "SUPER NES," however it's not deep enough to hold one, at least not without removing the small compartments on the other half of the case.

Now I'm thinking Game Boy...
