Great pickups all around.  Seems like a lot of us have been finding Final Fantasy stuff.

Over the last week I've had a couple grabs. First off, extremely kind gifts from the most excellent RetroRage. Now I can count myself among the RFG illuminati...

These I grabbed at the local Game X Change. Everyone knows I don't go out of my way for cardboard, but at $5 each, I couldn't pass them up being complete.

Youre "silently" growing cardboard fever my dear friend.

Picked this up over the weekend.

Gran Turismo 2 and Fighter Maker were 5 bucks apiece, not a great deal, but it was great to find this stuff in the wilds.
The thrift store close by had a bunch of copies of Gran Turismo 2 for some reason, so I grabbed the only black label copy they had.

Haunted House was 2 bucks

and After Burner was 99 cents, I do try and not buy unboxed Sega games anymore, but the price was right so I picked it up.

So jealous Duke, awesome CIB games.  Oh and nice finds everyone else.  I swear I didn't mean for that last sentence to sound like douchery.

Looking for CIB NES games..........even Silent Service.
I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart.  Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.

Another eBay haul...I opened my mailbox today to find these, with the exceptions being the PS2 games.

And I can now count myself as a real RFGener with my CIB Silent Service!

If everyone keeps finding Silent Service CIB, we might can make the value of the box go up.  There isn't a chance in hell that the value of the cart would go up though.

My cart only Silent Service is feeling a bit underwhelming lately. It used to be the crown jewel of my collection Sad

I sense a rivalry growing between the CIB Silent Service owners and the cartridge only owners.

I was there Saturday.  I picked up Final Fantasy 9 from there for 5 bucks.  it's just a mile away from my house so I'm there a couple times a week.  on top of that I'm a truck driver for Northwest center so I get to walk around in the production room and see stuff before it's priced out  Smiley
