A buddy of mine knows I collect NES/SNES games, so he gave me these for free:

Give me a second, I have more pics to upload.  Sorry about the quality.

Turtles in Time may just be my favorite beat'em up of all time. ALL TIME!

First score in quite a while. Worked out a trade for these and some cash in my favor.

Okay. Here's what I ended up with tonight. There was quite a bit of hardware (NES Control Deck CIB, NES Advantage CIB, NES Zapper CIB, Game Boy CIB, loose NES control deck, loose SNES control deck) and some assorted games both my friend and I had that we're gonna sell to recoup some of what we spent.

Castlevania III is in brilliant shape. II is nearly as good, aside from a tiny crease in the top center of the box.

Mario 2 is just as nice as the Castlevania 3. Somehow, I didn't own a copy of it before tonight.

Castlevania Adventure might be the nicest game of the lot. Looks practically new. Can't decide whether to keep or sell it...

Some of the more notable Nintendo Powers. Issue #2 and #4, Final Fantasy Guide, etc.

Most of everything will be for sale or trade for CIB NES games.

I love the obscure.

After I picked up a Timex Sinclair 1000 with no RAM or games from a buddy, I started looking around.  I found a seller that offered a CIB system for a great price, after buying some of his games.  Now I have two.  I just need to find an old school cassette player to tie it all together.  All the games are played with the keyboard, so Frogger should be interesting.

EDIT: And the system's keyboard is screwed up.  The good news is I have another to part out.  Hopefully the seller will work with me.

EDIT #2:  I fixed it.  The mylar ribbons, connecting the keyboard to the motherboard, were split pretty bad.  I was able trim them down and reconnect.  Sweet!  I didn't have to pull out the soldering torch.  But I still need an old school tape recorder.  My kickin' 80's Walkman isn't transferring to the system.

Been replacing bad labeled N64 games and getting some variants needed.

Recently aquired:
Scooby-Doo: Classic Creep Capers (Grey Cart Version)
Army Men: Air combat (Grey Cart Version)
Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask (Regular Edition)
Diddy Kong Racing (Player's Choice)
Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire (Player's Choice)

and a few others. I also have a line on a pretty rare one but we will see what I can come up with.

argue

It makes my copy a prototype now - that's a good thing, right?
Also, that means the database doesn't support it. Time to go remove it.

Technically, those aren't reproductions right Duke?  The original programmer was on board with re releasing them, isn't that right?

It was never officially released, and they had the rights for it.
