My wife would disagree - she would've picked both up.
Mine doesn't care about the games, but the deadlier the spider/scorpion, the more she wants it. Is yours the same Shadow?

She has an Atari tattoo on her ankle - she cares about the games, and in fact is the one often telling me not to sell things. She's not necessarily picky about how deadly they are though - they're all cute to her, and she wants them all. She almost picked up a pink-toed tarantula at the flea market, but our roommate would've killed her.

Pink toes are very docile and harmless. All New World tarantulas are pretty easy to keep and tame (sans the big bird eaters).
Old World tarantulas will just attack you, they are highly defensive and lack the hair that New Worlds use as their natural defense, instead opting to rear back and bite.

The Ring looks like one of the worst horror games ever, like Deadly Premonition bad without the cheesy charm.

yeah i haven't tried it out yet but i am sure the controls are dismal, it just has the look to it
Look up Spoony's review of it, it's pretty bad.

Jesus, the thrift stores around you are like El Dorado. I get amped over finding a dirty copy of NFL Gameday for PS1.
Diddo, if I find even a USELESS current-gen game in mine I feel like I struck a gold vein.

Never said it was dangerous - just said she almost dragged it home.

Hey everyone picked these up today no blog yet waiting to get more items hopefully tomorrow!
Goodwill Goodbytes - Driver 2 - Black Label - $3.00 funny thing is I just picked up the GH versio0n the other day from a friend. Then I went to Bens and picked up Shockwave Assault Long Box for $4.00 and some manuals for $0.25 a piece normally $0.50. Then I went to a Goodwill in Council Bluffs and they had a couple of boxed Genesis games but I had all of them but this version of Columns which is the Sega Classics Version complete for $2.00. So overall not to bad but not a lot of stuff. But I am sure there is a lot more to come.

Thanks I couldn't pass up the price of Shockwave for $4.00 especially since it being a long box PS1 game.

Those long box PS1 games are nice. They should of kept them instead of going with the cd cases.

Yeah but that would also take up a lot of space haha like Sega Saturn which I do believe is what Sony did was buy out the rest or borrow some from Sega before they thought of going to regular CD Cases. So with that being said they are nice but they would have damage issues like with Sega CD and Sega Saturn
very sad face.

Have you seen the Sega Saturn Euro cases? I prefer the longboxes to those.

Scored these on my latest trip to Retro Games Plus. Second Turbo Grafx 16 game, also a hockey title, Bloodlines is CIB and 1942 is just the box and cart. Bought it cause I thought I had a manual...but I don't
Now I'm on a 1942 manual hunt.
