The last flea market of the year wasn't too bad.

The Game Boy is missing Tetris and the headphones, not a big deal at least about Tetris and weren't those headphones notorious for being crappy or was that GG or Lynx I'm thinking of? Anyway, the Killer Instinct soundtrack was $1, Layton is complete, and the R.A. Salvatore books were 25¢ each! So I bought all the lady had since I've been wanting to start a D&D novel collection but haven't been able to find any at thrift stores or used book stores around here. Score one for the flea market!

The full stack of Gamecube games, 11 for $5 total. My GC library just grew a lot, but its still mostly shovelware. I believe Animal Crossing is a dupe but I think both are in Gamestop cases.

AWWW 7th Guest big box!  Nice!  I've been on the lookout for a bunch of big boxes for a while and that's one of them.  Nice.

I'll keep an eye out for you.  Big box PC games seem to turn up quite a bit up here and I know I've seen the 7th Guest a few times before I decided to start collecting them.

What the heck is a Game Wave?
It's a system that mainly had trivia and puzzle games.  Here's the Wikipedia entry for it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w...mily_Entertainment_System

What edition is that 7th Guest? The first couple batches had a bug where you couldn't finish the game. Unfortunately, I spent a summer trying to figure a way around that without knowing it was actually broken.

I have no idea, but I'm guessing it is a later edition.  I doubt they would have included a making of VHS for an earlier edition.

I had a good morning at my local video game store. I went there with a list of mostly 8 bit games I'd like to add to my collection and the max price I'd be willing to pay for them. I ended up making a big dent in my Sega Master System list and notched a couple other things (I almost pulled the trigger on Dragon Warrior IV instead of a lot of this, but I wanted volume this week, since I've recently been going after big ticket items only):

NES

-Eliminator Boat Dual
-Destiny of an Emperor

TurboGrafx-16

-Ninja Spirit (Everything but the cardboard)

Sega Master System

-Wonder Boy (CIB)
-Alex Kidd: High Tech World (CIB)
-Zillion II: The Tri Formation (CIB)
-Golden Axe (CIB)

Local store got in a ton of boxed, possibly CIB SNES games. Most of them are at nice prices and are in INCREDIBLE condition.

Just for a sample here's the Lufia I just picked up before I cracked the resealing. Sadly its missing the map, anybody have one for sale or trade? Cheesy

If you're in the market for some boxed SNES games I can go snap some pics of them and get full prices. Just off the top of my head they also had:
HARVEST MOON
CHRONO TRIGGER
FINAL FANTASY III
LUFIA II
Lord of the Rings
Illusion of Gaia
Secret of Evermore
Civilization

If interested let me know and I can go back and get the full list and prices. Any all caps ones I would need some cash just to buy as a middle-man.

Hey, Raze, take a gander at the book on the left:

Got it for just $0.31.

But what I wanna know is: what is it worth to you?

Huh?

*AHEM* Okay, time to get serious... or as serious as I'm capable of being.

- Walmart GameCenter magazine, issue 8, $0.00

- 9-in-1 GBA accessory pack, $4.99: a few components from this set might end up in next year's Not-So-Secret Santa give-away. Oh the suspense!

- CIB Chrono Cross for PS1, $5.99

- 3DS 18 card carry case from Club Nintendo, 250 points: read all the raves about this from other users on another thread, and I figured it'd be something to celebrate my fiurth straight year of attaining gold status.

not a "small" score, but still a decent price, i picked up the Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified Limited Edition Playstation Vita Bundle (that's a mouthful) for $239.99 ($272 after tax). was not at all planning on getting a Vita today, but i did have it in the back of my head to get one someday. it was at a drug store of all places. now i have every current gen system in at least one version.

Here's my collection of "small scores" from last week:

Local pick ups:

From a fleamarket:

From several charity shops:

I don't collect PC games, but since they were 50 cent each, I just picked them up...
