You boys are gross.

Don't you have some game sprite art to make or something?

Prude.

Oh, getting back to the subject: while I still haven't found any copies of the last ish of Nintendo Power, I did manage to find the next-to-last ish, bagged, with a pack of Kid Icarus Uprising AR cards, at the nearest Wally World.

UPDATE: Oh, and I'm another step closer to adding not only a certain retro system to my collection, but also a piece of cutting-edge technology that's been a bit overdue. More details on this double-development as they come in...

You're finally updating to the Atari 5200?

I think I paid $5 a piece for them with free shipping

Had a great weekend! Picked up Crazy Taxi 1 & 2, Skies of Arcadia, Record of Lodoss War and Soul Caliber for the Dreamcast all are CIB and pristine. Also scored a loose copy of Streets of Rage 2 for the Genesis.

Some pick-ups from the past week or so:

Forza, Unreal II, and Farcry 2 are from Goozex.

Genji came from Missionfailed via trade.

Mega Man X was a Christmas gift, and a very cool one as the friend who bought it for me bought a disc only copy by accident, and knowing I am a collector gave me his CIB copy off the shelf.

Legendia, Soul Nomad and The Suffering 2 are from gamestop. Only two stores near me still carry PS2 games and they won't be for much longer, so I've been trying to grab all the noteworthy titles I can get my hands on, as it is my favorite console. Plus they were buy two, get one free.

A little late to the party, but here is what we got for my son for X-Mas:

And I bought these on boxing day. Dark Souls and The Witcher 2 are both NIB and cost $10 and $20 respectively. One Piece was $5 used.

EDIT
Got the shorter link. Should work right now.
http://sdrv.ms/To0D40

Per usual Skydrive Photobucket won't upload from my phone. House sitting with no PC again so you have to click through to SkyDrive to share my excitement.

Huge thanks to Douglie for tipping me off to these getting another price cut! Two items i was worried i would never find locally in good condition or at a decent price!
50 each Cheesy
